- BBBarry5 days ago5.0My wife came home from work with a nail/screw in her tire. The tire was down to 18 psi. I placed the spare (donut) on her car and then started calling around to places where I could have the tire plugged. It was @ 5 minutes to 6 so I was limited in where I could take it. Especially with last minute notice. Goodyear was one of the few places that closed at 7. When I called 2 other places they said they couldn't do it. I then called Good Year. Scott answered the phone said he had just sent his staff home because they were so slow. I thanked him and hung up. Before I could call the next business, Scott called back and asked how long it would take me to get there. I told him about 10 minutes. He told me to go ahead and bring my car in. When I arrived, he and the mechanic were waiting for me. I gave him my keys and completed the check in process and within 30 minutes my car was ready to go. And as an added bonus when Scott handed me my keys, he said..."NO CHARGE!". What?? What business does this nowadays? This was my first time visiting this particular Goodyear but they've certainly gained a future customer. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them!!

When I called and provided the make and model of my car they said I would pay $60 for the service, but I was out the door for almost $110
