  I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store. They were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made sure I understood everything and left satisfied. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it really stood out to with Lorenzo and Angie. Everyone was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help. I walked out feeling taken care of and truly appreciated as a customer. Huge thank you to the whole team!

  Lorenzo has the worst attitude I have ever experienced at this location. For someone who works in sales he should have some common sense to provide basic customer service but couldn't even do that. The entire interaction he just huffed and puffed, couldn't answer any of the two questions I had asked him. Incredibly unprofessional, confrontational and has no buisness working within the role that he has with an attitude that he carries. If it wasn't for the customers Lorenzo, bringing buisness to this location, you wouldn't have a paycheck every week UPDATE: They gave me a rejected sticker stating I need a new set of rotors, brake pads and a new tire. I took my vehicle to another shop to be inspected and passed my state inspection with them and the measurements they gave me for both tires and rotors did not align with what Goodyear had reported. I was issued a refund after I had voiced these concerns to Will the store manager. To be quoted nearly $900 is asinine when no of the recommended services are remotely necessary at this time.

  I’ve been a customer of Goodyear for several years Now. Today I Had an issue with ice. I slidand ran into a curb. Brought my car to Goodyear Wliiamsburg after I noticed the tire warning sensor light appeared on my dashboard immediately after the accident. They checked the tire and underneath the car for any damage. Luckily all I needed was some air in my tire and the tire warning light reset. Angie Lee was the sales person and Alfred Snyder was the technician. They were both great to work with and very accommodating. Best of all the services they performed today were at no charge and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Goodyear Williamsburg. Their customer service is great, including their free air pressurechecks at any time

  I cannot say enough good things about the team at Goodyear at 4830 Monticello Ave in Williamsburg; especially Will (the manager), Zo, and Angi. I came in after being told by another shop that I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. This team took the time to thoroughly check everything and clearly explained what was actually going on with my vehicle. Most importantly, they reassured me that those expensive repairs were completely unnecessary, saving me a huge amount of money and a lot of stress. What really stood out was how they explained everything. They didn’t rush me, talk over me, or make me feel uncomfortable asking questions. They walked me through what they were seeing, what was normal, and what (if anything) to keep an eye on in the future. That kind of honesty and transparency is rare. On top of that, their customer service was truly top tier. Kind, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in doing right by people, not just making a sale. It’s rare to find this level of integrity in auto repair. I’m so grateful I came here for a second opinion, and I’ll absolutely be returning. If you want honest people who actually look out for you, this is the place.
