I made sure of it because I know a lot of shops can't do the work if the truck is bigger. The person on the phone told me they could definitely do it and I could have it towed there. So after I went through the hassle of having it towed there which isn't cheap. I get a call the next morning saying that they can't do it. Which is very frustrating being that I am wasting time and money. If you aren't sure you can do the work then don't say yes. Unprofessional. The manager got on the phone and wasn't any better. Just trying to beat around the bush instead of addressing the actual issue. Again, unprofessional. Very disappointed and will never recommend to anyone ever again.

They carefully researched the specific make and model of my car for selecting the correct tires and quantity required to replace per the owner’s manual. Excellent professionalism and service!
