  Knocking down from 5 stars because one of the units wouldn't sync with my Leaf and I had to wait for someone to finish. Also I never got any feedback from the app about the charging session, the info was only available on the unit. I wish there were a station a little closer to the interstate, but otherwise this is the perfect spot to charge for trips between Hampton Roads and Richmond.

  Charger applied a $55 hold on my card as is normal. However, after charging, the actual fee was not applied and I was left with the $55 charge, even after the charge was fully posted a week later. These are fine - we got around 30 kW. I was able to resolve the error with EVgo customer service.

  Absolute waste of my time. None of them worked.

  Used Watson. Was capped at around 25 kW. Card would not work. Had to use the app (charge point). Terrible experience.

  It has only two working chargers and it takes almost an hour from 50 percent to go to full. Waste of time (more important than just money)
