  Great experience, I needed a rental while my vehicle was in the shop for collision repairs. They not only brought the vehicle to me when I dropped mine off, they also allowed me to leave the vehicle at caliber collision when all repairs were done and I picked it up. Car was clean and in good shape, customer service was always friendly and helpful when I had questions and even during post turn in when I called to check in to ensure all went well with the drop off and pick up.

  Forced to get a rental through this location since i was using insurance while my car was being fixed. Geico sets up a car for me, sedan size, nothing special. Perfect. One hour later receive a phone call saying they only have a minivan available as the size i requested to stay under my daily allotted amount was unavailable.i asked would this be an extra charge, I was reassured that the minivan would be at NO EXTRA cost since they don't have availability.(I am now seeing this is a theme with them reading other reviews). So here i am happy to take whatever i can get as long as it’s under my covered daily rate. Get there, again, after being assured on the phone that the minivan “upgrade” (who wants to drive a minivan?) would be no extra cost, sign for the car, im on my way. No problem. Four days later I see an extra 40 dollar charge on my card. It’s only forty dollars, not a big deal, what made it a big deal was when i called in the discrepancy the man said well you should have checked the daily rate on the tablet before you signed.Like what!? As if you guys go over that information whoch they absolutely do not. They throw the tablet in your hand say sign and don't read a thing to you. I can even verify that because when i went in to TRADE THE MINIVAN IN, yes they couldn’t waive the whopping 40 dollars that they assured wouldn't be an extra cost and made me go in and change for the size i wanted originally. Even then, they didnt show me the daily rate. I made it a point to ask the rep this time what the daily rate is and he didnt even know where to find that information on the tablet!!! it took him about three minutes to find the block where it tells the price, yet this is a form they should be reviewing with the customer 100 times a day?? It’s just unbelievable. The compact car they traded me in is attached to this review. Makeup smudges all over the radio, smelt like cigarettes and bad perfume. The radio knob was missing. Just all around unbelievable. I don’t even write reviews but this was insane.
