First time was just 1 battery and over an hour later I got to the store and they had to go pick the battery off the shelf for the order. Today the 2nd time I ordered light bulbs and an hour and a half after I placed the order I went into the store and there was no one there guy was just standing at the counter. Told him I had a pickup and he looks and says oh no one has picked it yet... so an hour and a half after I placed and order that is supposed to be ready in 30 and no one has even begun to pick it and is just standing around. He had to go grab the 6 bulbs I ordered while me and a customer that walked in behind me waited.
