    Poor experience. Waited for 3 hours. When my car was ready I drove away and my rain sensor didn’t work. I had to go back for another half hour. I can’t download my alignment certificate. This place is wildly unprofessional, which was illustrated by the endless stream of customers calling or walking in to complain. Next time I need a replacement I will be paying out of pocket just to avoid my insurance selecting a safelite location.

    The new windshield they installed has a 3 inch warp right in the middle of the glass. It’s an extremely obvious defect. I saw it right away, the store manager and lead tech could see it from 20 feet away. No apologies, no accountability. They said warranty would cover it - but this should have been caught before it was installed on my vehicle. No sense of ownership, pride in their work, care about quality of their work, or respect for their customers.

    Very poor first experience with Safelite. I had a rear glass replacement appointment scheduled several weeks in advance, and Safelite charged my card immediately when the appointment was booked. The appointment was confirmed with no indication that there were any issues with parts availability. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the glass for my vehicle was backordered and that “someone should have called me yesterday.” No one did. I checked my phone and voicemail — there were no missed calls, voicemails, texts, or emails from Safelite. As a result, I drove to the location and lost a significant amount of time and income for an appointment that should have never been confirmed in the first place. If the part was not available, the appointment should have been canceled proactively or not scheduled at all. This experience reflects poor internal communication and customer handling. Based on this first interaction, I would not recommend this location and will be using another provider.

    Go elsewhere. They can’t even install windshield wipers correctly. Not sure the quality of the windshield installation time will tell. I will not be using safelite again. My wife was driving the day after the install in the rain and snow and the passenger side windshield wiper was not working. I looked at it and found they cross threaded the nut so the blade was not tightened down and the inner spline was worn off because of it. Then I noticed they installed my wife's windshield wipers on backwards (driver side had passenger wiper and passenger side had driver side). I called and asked for a fix but because I touched it before they looked at it there is nothing they can do to help. Like I said before go elsewhere!
