  Satellite Auto Glass in Williamsburg is an exceptional establishment. The customer service was superb, demonstrating efficient and personable communications throughout the process. The windshield service was particularly professional and done in a timely fashion… everything was seamless and flawless. What experts! Thanks for a job well done.

  Made an appointment online to get my driver’s side rear window replaced. Was told they were supposed to come to my home to replace it between 1pm-6pm. No one ever showed up or even called me to notify they weren’t coming. I even called customer service around 4pm to make sure my appointment was still available and I was told I was the last appointment scheduled for the day. But no one arrived. I even waited until 7:30pm and just went ahead and canceled. This is so unprofessional and I’m very disappointed because I didn’t even use my car for a week due to me not having a back window.

  Safelight Technician Mohammad was supposed to come by and service my vehicle from 8 to 1. System had the wrong number but correct address.. When I reached out to customer service to figure out was going on, The technician Mohammad “stated” that he had knocked on my door when I’ve been sitting literally right by my door the whole entire time. If you just decided to leave than just respectfully say that, but don’t cop out by saying that you knocked on my door which was an absolute bald face lie. Just be a man and say you left. I’m really leaving this review for him specifically, but being that he represents your company it goes to you guys as a whole team . No need to have me come in or speak with anyone from your local business , my service has been rescheduled in a different city.

  This place is a joke. Had an appointment , left my car all day and returned just before closing To find they didn’t even touch my car. Proceeded to listen to the tech belittle the front desk worker yelling end of day means end of day does this look like end of day. The man was outright awful . Proceeded to ask me if I’d stay and wait for it despite it not even being started and it being almost 5pm closing time. Spoke with a gentleman waiting for his car who told me they did his windshield (mind you he dropped it off at 10 am and i was there at 9 am) said they did his windshield and didn’t recalibrate so he left , found out they didn’t and had to come back to have it finished . Basically don’t bother coming here , save your time and money and find somewhere else . Poor business practices all around and poor customer service.

  Very thankful for an appointment within 72 hrs of a big storm which resulted in a cracked windshield. The 2 hr estimate to do the work was accurate (actually took 2h15m, which is fine). The day was very busy and there was no place to park so I waited about 15-20 mins just to double-park in the lot to get checked in, Front desk help was very polite and friendly. In the small lobby/reception, there were 4-6 other customers who had been waiting for hours (>3) and most seemed a bit agitated. Some had led their car earlier in the day, returning after work, and their cars still were finished. Could be any number of reasons why (waiting for parts, drop-off time was well before the scheduled appointment time, etc.). But what I did notice was, as I sat in the lobby, I could hear a team of 3-4 technicians recounting any number of stories non-stop over a 90 minute period while speaking profanity in such a way that a 19-yr old sailor would blush. I'm no saint but come on. When asked by the front desk person for a status check on a car that had been there all day (left by a mother who needed to get somewhere to pick up kids from daycare), the verbal frustration from the manager was also heard by all in the waiting room. Granted, it was a busy day and they were definitely in the weeds, but come on guys. Focus on the job, and get folks out the door in a timely and professional manner. But, in the end, I was satisfied with the quality of work performed. Would just recommend that the team re-evaluate a few things to deliver better customer service.
