Realized this after being 45 minutes away. Called and was put through to customer service. They wanted to refund the price of the parts, but she was unsure if this was included in the labor charge and had to calculate the sales tax only after I asked about it. Overall a decent experience that turned bad with poor customer service after they made a mistake. I’m pretty sure their AI would’ve tried to make it up better to me than a live rep. Go to Take 5 oil change nearby instead.
