  Always super friendly and knowledgeable! Never had an unpleasant experience here. They stay slammed busy but will always try to work with you to the best that they can.

  Purchased tires from Tire agent and had them delivered to this shop, I had to pick a shop closest to me for install. Not knowing the area this was the closest shop to install my tires.I drove 35 miles and walked in to several people sitting in the lobby. I witnessed a very helpful and caring lady named Jenny. She had 5 appointments this morning at 8:30am. I cannot say enough about her wonderful and caring personality. And on top of all that they handled everyone within 1 hour, I had to get their names also for the helpful gentleman in the shop. Tristan and Mike was just as great and took care of all of us with no hesitation....Also I went to use the restroom and never been in such a clean restroom at any shop I've visited. The honesty and integrity and hospitality that I received was unbelievable!!!! I also had tire sensors that was put on my car which was an issue and Jenny called Paul the manager and they made sure I was taken care of...I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, and if you live far away you WILL NOT waste your time coming here. Make sure you book an appointment. And I promise you this SHOP will take care of you. With NOTHING BUT truthful honest and caring and willing to help without ripping you off like most shops do. I WILL forever recommend coming to this wonderful place. And it's the EMPLOYEES who make it such a wonderful place to come. Thank you PAUL for keeping such a wonderful team in your shop!! With times that we live in today. YOU JUST DON'T find places like this anymore. I will always come back to this shop for as long as I own any vehicle!!!! I only wish I had known about this place before. I am new to the Charlottesville area and drove to your shop from Charlottesville Va and next time I will be sure to purchase tires from your shop because this is the type of businesses we need in the world we live in today.....We all know that taking a day off from work to sit in a shop can be very frustrating, but treating someone KIND is the KEY to success.....let's put it this way. I've never left a shop feeling that someone really cares as much as they did for me today and made sure my car was safe to drive off today. ..I will always refer all my friends and anyone I know to bring you even MORE business!!   Mr. Tire is a great place to get repairs completed on your vehicle. The manager and all the technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, truthful, friendly, and fair. I would highly recommend this shop to others who are seeking truthfulness in the repair of their vehicle (s).

  Although they were very busy, Jenny at the front desk showed grace under pressure. She was incredible at multi- tasking, giving advice and she created joy among the waiting patrons. Her brother who was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable, still dealing with the busy day from the day before, informed us that his sister was going thru some personal issues. It's no wonder how busy you are, with a staff like the 2 of them. Thank you!
