  Rod Kincaid helped me purchase my new truck. He was very kind and easy to make conversation with, which makes the buying experience much more enjoyable. It makes the time pass by quicker! Luis in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He did a great job explaining the optional service contract and maintenance plans without feeling pushy. Would highly recommend Sheehy Ford and working with Rod for your next purchase!

  I purchased my 2023 Subaru WRX from Sheehy in Springfield but I service it here at the Warrenton Sheehy Ford. Their service department is absolutely wonderful. I’ve had some honest feedback about some work that the car needed vs didn’t need and they always do a fantastic job. This last week I had the car detailed using the VIP detail. The detail blew me away. The car looks brand new again. I will 100% recommend Sheehy Ford Warrenton to anyone needing service or a detail.

  I was looking for a nice used F-150 for a few months but was dreading dealing with car dealership shenanigans. I found one I liked on the Sheehy Warrenton website and set up an appointment for the weekend. The salesman, Justin LaBell was a pleasure to work with and was no-pressure. He had the truck ready to go with a full tank in front of the dealership when we arrived. Test drove it and made a slightly lower offer on the price. Worked with the Sales Manager John Hulme - little back and forth, but all very cordial. Finance guy offered some add-ons but was not pushy about it. I wrote a check and it drove home a couple hours later. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market.

  My experience with Sheehy Ford of Warrenton has resulted in a complete loss of trust, and I would strongly caution others. I brought my Ford F-150 Hybrid in for service and was told I needed over $8,000 in repairs, including both the junction box and the high-voltage battery. I was explicitly told that replacing only the junction box would be a “50/50 fix” and that I would likely face repeat repairs if the battery wasn’t replaced. Based on that guidance, I agreed to the full repair. Without my knowledge or approval, they changed the repair plan. I was later told the battery wasn’t available, and they proceeded with only the junction box repair—something they had already warned me was risky. Suddenly, I was told “Ford says it will fix it,” despite that information never being shared with me beforehand. If they had data supporting that, why was I pressured into agreeing to the more expensive repair in the first place? Even worse, my invoice falsely states that I requested the battery replacement. That is completely inaccurate. I followed their recommendation. The issues didn’t stop there: I found a battery cover loose in my backseat when I picked up the truck Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on, forcing me to take time off work and return A promised VIP discount was “forgotten.” Attempts to contact sales went unanswered I felt there was poor communication, misrepresentation, and pressure toward unnecessary repairs. At best, it was disorganized. At worst, it felt like predatory coercion using incomplete information. I understand parts availability can be an issue, but that does NOT excuse: Changing repair plans without consent Misrepresenting facts on official documentation Delivering a vehicle in poor condition Failing basic customer communication I expected transparency and professionalism. I received the opposite.

From my initial inquiry through the final paperwork, both were genuinely focused on meeting my needs. They were professional and knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured. The highlight of my experience at this dealership was their exceptional willingness to deliver the vehicle directly to my daughter, who lives three hours away.
