Last time I took it in for a coolant leak. Advisor only emailed me that my car was done. They kept my car for three day and replaced the coolant expansion cap. I was skeptical that this fixed the problem and it didn't. Still have a coolant leak and I'm out $150.

Took us hours to get emailed financing applications. I would stay away if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. They don't value your time as a customer. The salesman I spoke with was not knowledgeable about any of the purchasing process and was flat out wrong about the financing process and details. If you do shop here stay far away from Bryce.

I had a Ford plan for servicing my vehicle, which had a specific number of visits and no one told me at my last appointment that I had used all my visits. I thought I still had one left according to my records. And when I made my current appointment, nobody told me I didn’t have any visits left either so I go to pick up my vehicle to a $220 charge. Will never go back to use their service department. They have a high turnover rate and nobody seems to know what they’re doing.
