  Advanced Auto is the only shop ill take my vehicles. I recently took my daughter and mother's car for an inspection and tire replacement. Brian the inspector went above and beyond with his inspection of both cars. Ralph. Danny and Kevin are always very helpful and always treat my vehicles like they were their own. Im a lifelong customer. Their customer service is rare these days. Scott Drummond

  This has got to be one of the worst stores that they have. I've only been in here two times and both times it seemed like they don't even know what they have in their own house and where to find it it's very disorganized it's very dysfunctional I will never go back to this location ever again however directly across the street is an O'Reilly's The lady in there knows her stuff she's been doing this for the past 4 years she was all over everything that I was looking for and was able to provide it to me and the special order part that needed to be ordered did not require me to pay for it up front she just went ahead and took care of me with excellent customer service. And no they did not pay me or solicit me for this review this is a honest review. I have been dealing with advanced Auto for many years I have spent $13,000 with them and I can honestly say that all of their stores are degrading. There's other stores just to let you guys know so you might want to step it up if you want to retain your customers. Also you should start ordering supplies for customers without making them drive all the way to the store to pay for it up front that is a very damaged issue with your process if I call and you don't have the part that I need then you should just order it and then tell me when it comes in so I can go one time and pick up my part instead of going two times to pick up the same part that you did not have in stock that's a you problem that you're making my problem as a customer you should fix that issue for sure having said that good luck I will be using O'Reilly in Warrenton from now on you just lost a customer.

  I've been so upset and frustrated with body shops in Warrenton. They seem to start out okay and end with feeling taken advantage of and resorting to learning on YT to do things myself. Long story short I needed help with my battery and a holder for my battery. I went to Advanced Auto with hopes of getting this figured out. Defeated and worried but hopeful. And that's when I met Bri I was treated with respect and she made me feel really seen and understood. She took her time to not only help me but installed the piece I needed in my car. 🥹 I can't say enough! Nice humans are still out here saving the day. Bri I could kiss you 😛 but I won't lol You rock. I hope they pay you well and don't miss out on you going anywhere else. Because I'll follow hehe Thank you for saving me. Girls rule and boys drool.
