  I went to Tire Choice for a diagnostic test because my vehicle had died and would not start. They were able to determine that my issue was the battery and gave me a replacement battery. My vehicle started and ran just fine after that. I was thankful that it wasn't the alternator. Great service and prompt attention.

  I always have a great experience with them. I've never felt they were taking advantage of my ignorance. They do what's asked and even beyond. The only place I go for car repairs and inspections.

  I took my 2017 Cadillac to Tire Choice for a Virginia state inspection. I had just spent $1200 on the car with another shop only to find out that the other shop didn’t do inspections. I dropped the car off and told the service writer that if he could not get to me by the end of the day, I would leave it overnight. He said that they would try. They called back and I missed the call. The message was very professional. My car passed inspection without any additional repairs. This shop has earned my business by being HONEST and not using state inspection to upsell unnecessary repairs!

  I scheduled an appointment for an auto inspection online. The confirmation was texted to me. A few days later I received a reminder text and the final reminder was texted to me a couple hours before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived for the inspection, I was informed that they didn't schedule appointments for inspections and instead conducted them on a first-come/first-served basis. Even though I was there, they didn't have the where-with-all to conduct the inspection that day. Though they claimed to have technical difficulties online, they were able to access my appointment online to see the scheduled inspection. Wouldn't you think that they would have enough regard for a customer to call to cancel the appointment? They had my phone number and texted me three times. I consider this poor customer service and I don't plan to return.
