    My tire had a screw in it. I went to one place and they were too busy to fix it. Then I went to Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Nimmo. Unfortunately, they were super busy, too. The manager was kind enough to offer to call other Tire Choice Auto Service Centers for me, but I had my phone so I called the next Tire Choice Auto Service Center; which was on Dam Neck & General Booth. The manager, Melissa answered and said she had another person coming in at 10 am. I was in luck 🍀 She was so awesome. She explained prices for me because I really did need a new tire. When the person came in, he promptly put on the new tire and checked fluids which were great. I left very happy and felt I dealt with honest people who were not trying to up-charge me and yes, I found a new place to take my vehicle to!

    Had a nail in my tire and was told to come back by 10:30 and they could take care of it. Car was heading to the bay at 10:30 and was ready in about 30 minutes.

    Took our car in for inspection and oil change. Absolutely recommend this business. Customer service is 100% spot on. Melissa always takes her time with us and if there are questions, she takes time to explain everything.
