  Well, Joe was at Providence Mr Tire and you transferred him. I tracked him because he and his crew are that good. My wife van, people thought had a transmission problem but he found out it was the alternator. He is honest and fear. I trust him and will follow him even if you transfer him to headquarters. Thank you.

  Went in with a flat tire. They told me I would be out in an hour. They said my brakes needed replaced too. It took them 5 hours to change out two tires and a set of brake pads. They never asked if I was hungry or would like anything to drink. Unreliable and inconsiderate. There are a 100 places to get car repairs. This one should only be used as a last resort.

  I went in for an oil change, headlight bulb replacement and state inspection. The guy at the counter gave me the estimate of $196 and said that was for the inspection and oil change because when they did the inspection they would see the headlight was out and replace it. So I get a call that my drivers headlight and my two side lights are burnt out and just need to replace those to pass inspection. I said sure. Thinking it would be $50-$100 maybbbbeeeee. They call and tell me its done. I go pick it up. He takes a couple minutes to even find my paperwork then says tap or swipe for payment and it didnt say how much it was on the screen. But again im thinking it wont be more than $300. After it runs my card the total showed up on the screen and it was $444.24. I asked the guy at the counter, "replacing 3 bulbs costs $250?" and he says he will go over the price breakdown with me. He says the headlight was $21 and costs $71 to install. And the side lights were $11 each and $53 each to install. I am beyond pissed and walk out. They just ripped me off to the max. Then I get here and review my bill again and they charged me ANOTHER $30 for a tire balance. Without permission, without asking, without tire replacement or anything to do with my tires besides inspecting them. Or so i thought. Because they have a "complimentary tire rotation with oil change" and then charge $30 to balance them. But again never even asked and i just had my tires rotated. So not only do they have a high price for an oil change, they ripped me off on installing 3 light bulbs, and THEN ripped me off with what was supposed to be a "free tire rotation" that was never mentioned. Oh and they also add a $38 "shop supply fee". For what? A couple of paper towels and rags? You have got to be kidding me. I will never go here again and will ensure everyone i know does not either. Thats no way to do business. Edited to add that they said to contact them. I have numerous times with no reply. They just say that on replies that arent good to make it look like they care and are going to fix things.

  Went to this store to use the warranty I purchased on my daughters tires and I was told I needed to go back to the original store I purchased from that would’ve been fine but my tire was going flat and this is the closest one to me. I went to the original store and he told me Indian river could’ve absolutely helped but they didn’t also just seemed very inconvenienced by me coming in. I big on customer service that’s how I built my business. I just don’t understand why I was treated like that. Don’t recommend.

  It really should be no stars, but the system wouldn’t let me post a comment without selecting at least one star. I’m not happy with the service I received. This location is out to make money any way they can by lying and recommending unnecessary items. He told me that I needed a new engine air filter. I asked to see the one that was in the car, and he said I couldn’t as they had already put it back in the car. I told him that it wasn’t possible that it needed to be replaced as it was just recently replaced. He asked where I got it done, and I told him I replaced it myself. He then went on to say that I needed to check the warranty. Like an air filter can fail, and if it had that wouldn’t explain why it was dirty. I. He led the air filter when I got home. It was a clean as the new one I put in myself. It was also recommended that I have a fuel system service. That was also recently done. My receipt also had the wrong mileage in it. 15,000 less that it actually is, so that would have caused a warranty problem if there was a problem in the future.
