  Replacement and working in conjunction with the insurance company was good. 1st trip to shop, on Good Friday and found out after waiting over a half hour they had the wrong windshield. Rescheduled for following Monday then immediately received a call from their "headquarters?" in front of local rep. and was directed to setup visit for following Friday. So theoretically canceling the Monday appointment. Safelite called on Easter Sunday inquiring if I was still on for the scheduled appointment on Monday. I explained to them the above mentioned and told them to reach out to the local shop and insure the windshield was correct before me canceling out my scheduled event. Received no call by 9AM, I called and rep. said they think they have the correct one. Bottom line is their scheduling and ensuring they have the correct part needs much improvement. Put the shoe on the other foot and how it fits!

  Windshield is fixed and I appreciate the technician doing a great job. The front desk people need to work on their customer service skills. They were rude to me and while waiting to pick up my vehicle they were rude to another customer.

  Highly skilled installation, concerning a small crack in windshield. Safelite technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Finished within 15 minutes. Cannot detect any previous crack.

  I had a 3:00 PM appointment and even left work two hours early to make sure I arrived on time. I got there a few minutes early, expecting my appointment to start as scheduled. Unfortunately, by 3:37 PM my car had not even been taken back, and there was no communication about the delay or an updated timeframe. When I went to the counter to address it and requested to cancel, the only response I received was “I’m sorry, I’ll cancel it.” There was no explanation, no effort to resolve the issue, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. My time was not respected, and the lack of communication and customer care was disappointing. I chose to take my business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend improving scheduling accuracy and customer service

  What a joke!?!??! I have a leaking windshield and can't get anyone to answer the phone. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I will make sure to steer everyone I know away from this establishment. With all the rain as of late I have water literally pouring in my car. What a terrible experience. I expect a canned response below directing me to the website. What a joke. . . . Complete waste of time and money. Competition was a 1/3 of the price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
