  NTB did an amazing job with my tires! The staff was super friendly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and had me back on the road in no time. My car feels so much smoother now, and I can tell the work was done right. I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency—definitely coming back here for future service. Highly recommend!

  These guys are great! Jordan, Nick and Kyle have saved me twice in the last 48 hours with problems I had with a deflating tire. Luckily, they figured out it was a nail and they are always willing to help. I rolled into the place when my tire was completely flat the second time and they immediately jumped into Action. Getting the tire plugged there tomorrow because it was pretty new and I shouldn’t have to buy another one so these guys are wonderful. I have used in TV for tires and other cities, but they are my go to for everything now and have earned my customer loyalty! Thank you, fellas!

  I had a great experience at NTB in Virginia Beach. The staff was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really respect. They got me in and out quickly, and the pricing was very fair compared to other places I checked. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my car before doing any work. That level of transparency is rare. If you’re looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and a team that actually cares, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend. I’ll be coming back for future service.

  Mel and bob were the two people we dealt with getting our state inspection done and to say there went above and beyond would be a disservice to them entirely. We were in and out in about a hour and a half max. My fiancé and I have a three year old who never sits still so he was running all over the lobby and Mel interacted with him which we appreciated deeply cause he can be a little much at times she even gave me a few ideas of parks to check out in our free time. They explained everything to us about the process they did through the inspection and all around we were highly satisfied with our experience we will definitely be coming back to get services/our next inspection.

  If I could give this NTB location ten stars, I would — no hesitation. What started as a stressful, borderline trip-ending situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had just started an eight-hour drive when everything went wrong at once. A tire blew out on General Booth, and I couldn’t even get it off to put on the spare. After getting back in the car, I realized my battery light was on… and then the car wouldn’t start at all. At that point, I genuinely thought my trip (and my entire day) was completely ruined. AAA towed me to NTB on Laskin Road, and from the moment I arrived, everything changed. They got me in almost immediately, which already felt like a miracle given the situation. The technicians — Nick, Kyle Tay, and Mr. Bob — were incredible. Not only did they quickly handle the blown tire situation, but they also diagnosed and replaced my battery right away (thankfully the only issue causing the car not to start). What really stood out though was their honesty and thoroughness — they took the time to check everything and let me know that two of my other tires were in critical condition. I was about to continue an eight-hour trip on unsafe tires without even realizing it. That alone could have ended very differently. Instead, they got all four tires replaced, mounted, and balanced quickly and professionally, and had me back on the road safely. And I cannot say enough about Mel and Jordan at the front. They were kind, calm, and genuinely caring during a moment where I was stressed and overwhelmed. They kept me informed, made sure I was okay, and turned what could have been a miserable experience into something that honestly restored my faith in good customer service. This wasn’t just “good service.” This was a team of people who stepped in during a chaotic moment and handled everything with urgency, skill, and kindness. I drove away not just relieved, but genuinely grateful. NTB on Laskin Road has absolutely earned my trust, and this will 100% be my go-to location from here on out. If you’re ever in a tough spot with your car, this is exactly where you want to be. 🙌🚗💛
