This was a great experience after an overwhelming one ! I appreciate his diligence, speed, and patience! This place not only fixed the problem but were very reasonably priced ! This is all you could ever ask for when visiting an establishment with a problem you know is there. I appreciate the service Rob ! Hopefully I don’t have to come back for anything major next time but I will definitely come back if I need it !

- XXXtineMar 31, 20265.0I started going to Mavis in north NJ (for about 5 years), so continued (with NTB) when moving here to VA Beach. I know I will get what I need and an excellent price. They will work with your to keep costs and downtime low! Sure, they will recommend things, but they are professionals, and if a mechanic notices a potential issue, I am glad. There's absolutely no pressure to go through with any recommendations, but at least you are aware. If I had a worn tire, I want to know as this is a safety issue. Some people take this as a sales tactic, (& maybe it is), but it's just info you can act on or not, which I do about half the time as I want to be safe. EVERY shop does this, and I'd be wary if a mechanic DIDN'T notify a customer of a safety issue. I trust them.
