  Run from this business as fast as possible. Lies: 1. Stated I drove on flat tire so they could not plug hole from screw. Stated i needed new tire. 2. Called me saying 2 nails were in tire. 3. Took 4 hours to plug 2 holes. 4. Picked up truck and chrome steps making rattling sound. 5. Called store, told that the tech said the step was being held up by a shoelace and it fell off. No pics taken. 6. I told them tech needs a better story. 7. Employee called me again and said tech saw shoelace on the ground and now has a picture of the shoelace. 8. Took truck to our mechanic and found out that 3 out Of the 9 bolts holding the steps had been removed. 9. Called store and informed them, asked what they planned on doing. No response. I knew the manager was out for a week. Asked for store owners name, they gave me the 1 800 number . Had to touch a star for it to post.

  Just got my state inspection done today. Service did not take very long. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and friendly.

  My experience with Mr. Tire was great. Kevin was very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my car. They got me in and out. I will definitely go back again for more work if needed.

  Came here on Friday just for a simple state inspection. I had called around other places and most were saying they’d have my car for a whole weekend! Called these guys right up and they said they’d have it back to me next day. I did drop off towards the end of the business day so it really was like a one day service. Staff was friendly and the service was quick and easy. Thank you for your help guys! :)

  It is hard to find businesses these days that know their stuff and just want to help people out. I had a low tire alert light that would not go out, and the tires were holding pressure. They took a quick look, recalibrated the system, and fixed it right there without having to pull the car in the the garage.
