  Went there to get my tire patched after the plug I inserted is slowly leaking air. They told me they can’t patch a tire after it’s been plugged but several other shops in the area will do the service if requested. I had a feeling they just wanted me to buy new tires for an easy fix.

  I was just there Thursday April 2, 2026 I had the pleasure of meeting Rick who took real good care of me. I needed a patch for my tire. Early within the afternoon. I wasn't in there no longer than 2 hours it was great customer service superior. Rick definitely a keeper. Every customer I notice that came in that day. Rick was straight forward and to the point with every last one of those customers. And even when it came to returning calls. He made sure that every customer was updated on whatever services was needed on their vehicle he setup the arrangements and gave the customer all the details. And the wonderful Rita took care of my vehicle patched my tire without any issues. And I appreciate her for all her hard work and services. It was an easy day for me after that. Thank You Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers for the great staff and services.

  Rick the manager was excellent and Duncan who services our vehicle was quick. Everything about the experience was excellent and higly recommend this business. Customer service and ease of transaction was great. Thank you for your service.

  This place is outstanding. Jen provided excellent service at check-in and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I stopped by for a complimentary inspection and left completely satisfied. A huge thanks to Duncan, my technician, who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions with expertise. I’ll definitely be back for all of my future car needs.

  Mr Tire - store 1049. I went into the store totally frustrated because I just left another mechanic who quoted me an insane price on services I needed for my car. Jennifer greeted me, and was so kind and helpful through everything. She immediately came outside and looked at my car and said dont worry, I can help you and it will not cost you that much. I dropped my car off the next day and she kept me updated on the status of my car. Her customer service was amazing! You can tell she is an honest person who takes pride in what she does. I cannot say enough good things about her. Then I when I went to pick my car up I met Rick. He had the same excellent customer service skills. That blew me away. I left there knowing I finally found some good mechanics that I can trust. If you need services done, I highly recommend going to Jennifer and Rick. You will not be disappointed. Tiffany Morgan
