The Hall Toyota Body Shop did a fantastic repair on my Honda Passport. I am very happy with every aspect of the service that was done.
10 From start to finish, Jonathan in the Collision Center provided excellent customer service. He was clear, hands on and went above and beyond to satisfy every vehicle need. He also made the whole experience pleasant by being so nice. I’m not even a Toyota customer so this speaks volumes. Outstanding service, Jonathan!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Hall Toyota Body Shop. I dropped off my Toyota Avalon on November 26 for what was supposed to be a minor repair, yet I did not get my car back until December 18—an unreasonably long time for such a small job.
To make matters worse, during the repair they removed the small rear side window in order to paint the back side panel. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the window had been replaced without any tint, unlike the original one. No one informed me of this change beforehand.
I called the body shop right away to report the issue. I was told that the tint shop would contact me to schedule an appointment. It has now been almost a week, and nothing has been resolved. I have called the body shop three to four times, and every single time I’m told that the person handling my issue is “away from his desk” and will call me back. No one ever does.
Between the excessive delay, the lack of communication, and the poor follow-up, this experience has been very frustrating. The customer service at Hall Toyota Body Shop is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism or accountability.

Edit to add: Truck came back with additional scratch that it didn’t go in with, carpets especially in the rear were soaked, and no one came to review the work done and walk me around the truck to ensure I understood what was completed and confirm I had no questions.
I would have made this a zero star review if possible. This is the absolute worst shop I’ve ever had to take my truck to for service. They refuse to communicate unless reached out to, started service before they even let me know what issues were found, didn’t provide an estimate for work until I asked for it, wouldn’t return calls for days, told me it would be done 4 different times and each time they never called to let me know if it was completed so I would call them and there was miraculously just another thing that had to be completed. I don’t have high expectations except to be communicated with proactively and to understand the progress and expectations for my vehicle. That bare minimum of customer service was far from met.
