  Absolute waste of time if you are trying to sell your car to them. I spoke to Lauren in the morning and explicitly told her my asking price and asked not to waste my time if they couldn't come close. She assured me they 'just wanted to see the car' and not to worry. I spent half an hour driving there and waiting for an hour, only for them to offer me a quarter of what I asked for. To make it worse, they claimed to honor KBB, but KBB values my car much higher than their insulting offer. Do not go here if you value your time. Note that I uploaded all the pictures and details of the car condition before they even call me, so they knew everything about the car beforehand.
