  Betty was my sales woman and she was outstanding! She was polite and professional and competent! I highly recommend MAZDA dealership on Holland road. Francisco is was my delivery coordinator and he was excellent! The smiles and friendly service makes me want to tell everyone to partner with and buy from Mazda ! I love it here !

  Yesterday I traded in my 2020 Honda Civic for a brand-new Mazda CX-50, and the experience was incredible. This is the first time I've ever obtained a brand new off the lot vehicle with zero previous owners, and it has been such an uplifting milestone for me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped immediately. Abraham was who worked with me and he is amazing!!! I never felt like just another ‘number'; I truly felt like a friend. The team showed me the exact model I was looking for, and after a great test drive, we made the deal happen. They treated me fairly and worked hard to help me reach my goals while staying within my budget. This is my third purchase from the Hall group, and they have earned a loyal customer for life. 10/10 to the entire Hall Mazda team-from sales and finance to the detailing crew!

  After having a bad experience at another Mazda dealership in the area, I was hesitant to go to another one. I was greeted with a handshake and introduction by every employee. A very special thank you to Isaiah Keene, he was my salesman and he was absolutely phenomenal. Isaiah did everything in his power to help me get a car within my budget and he was so kind to me! Also shoutout to James in finance, he was a pleasure as well!

  We bought a really nice 2007 Miata from Vaughntay at the dealership for my son. Vaughntay put up with all my tough dad stuff and let me check the car over real well. They even got us all the maintenance records for the car. Even though we went through all this, a week later my son's car broke down on the interstate and I was hours away. After getting it towed to the dealership and getting it diagnosed, Ms. Dye found out my son wasn't getting paid because of the DHS shutdown, he's Coast Guard, and she offered to have the car repaired free of charge!!! I value people who are honest and take care of people--this dealership does that. They thought they were selling a solid car and when something went wrong they took ownership of the problem. All dealerships should act this way, but in my experience few do. I won't hesitate to buy from here again.

  Betty Sy is AMAZING!✨️ I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with her. When I first came in, I was looking to sit in the vehicles to check out the size of what I wanted to upgrade to. There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase during my visit, which is very appreciated since I had an awful experience at another dealership when just trying to look at a vehicle. When I came back to officially test drive the vehicles and make a decision about a month later, Dermetris was the one who helped explain each option until Betty was back in to assist. Both were very informative and accommodating. Once I had made my decision, they let me know the options and even brought the different trims around to let me see the difference. Betty provided me with a sheet to directly compare each trim as well. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I left with my new Mazda with everything I wanted. If you stop by, ask for Betty, she was fantastic to work with and I genuinely enjoyed my car buying experience because of her.
