    Rahim Farane truly made our car-buying experience exceptional. He helped our family find our first minivan as well as a Honda, and the entire process was far more pleasant and stress-free than we ever expected. From start to finish, it was clear that he genuinely had our family’s best interests in mind. Rahim was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. We never felt pressured, and he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal, caring approach. I also want to highlight how wonderful the entire staff was—including the managers and finance team. Everyone we interacted with was kind, accommodating, and welcoming. They even went out of their way to be thoughtful and patient with our two children, which meant a lot to us as parents. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely look forward to purchasing future vehicles through Rahim again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and positive experience.

    I purchased my vehicle from this Honda dealership, and at the time of purchase, I was clearly told that I would receive free oil changes for 2 years, with no mileage limit—only a time limit. However, when I came in for service today, I had a very disappointing experience. A service representative named Tito Barnett was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help, he immediately said that the service would not be free and told us to take the car and leave. He claimed that free oil changes are only valid up to 24,000 miles. I explained that I had already received a free oil change at around 28,000 miles before, which contradicts what he was saying. His response was simply, “That’s not my problem,” which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from a dealership, especially after purchasing a vehicle from them. I strongly recommend better training for customer service and honoring the commitments made during the sales process. Very disappointed with this experience.

    The worst experience ever!!!! They wouldn't give me copies of the documents that I signed. They told me that I had a warranty but at the end, they denied and said the truck is as is. I repeatedly asked for copies of everything, the salesman told me yes and then denied, I have a witness. They had me to sign paperwork on Monday March 23, 2026 and we told them that we will come back on Friday or Saturday to bring in a deposit. We were there almost 11:00 pm... They have a new finance person that is in training, she have no clue, she has to call for help for everything. Again I ask for copies of my paperwork . So I stopped signing and we put a $200 hold for the truck. We left and came back Friday March 27, 2026 early that morning. The finance person that we had on Monday is off and we get this other financial person and he tell us that I have to resign everything because the dates has to match. I asked where is my paperwork because I signed all that he is asking, he stated that it were shredded because the dates has to match... So I did and again I asked for copies. He said most are internal only. So I signed everything and got the keys.. This is when I find out that my warranty is not what salesman told us. But I have the truck and its Now Tuesday March 31, 2026, I receive a phone call to say that there is paperwork missing that I need to sign... What???? I said I will be in later, because Im confused. I actually forgot and she called me a around 8:00pm, so we go straight there and she said they lost paperwork, then she said the dates need to match... Im not signing paperwork work for the 3rd time. I told her they need to find my paperwork and I walked out. This morning Wednesday April 1, 2026 a Financial guy call and said that I need to sign a paper to finalize the loan.. I have done this twice already. Now how do you go from losing my paperwork to now finalizing my loan. Everything was finalized on Friday March 27, 2026...It has been the worst experience with this purchase at Hall Honda, its more that went on, but its too much to type. Highly disappointed, you guys will lie, steal and cheat a person to make a sale... Unbelievable!!!! Worst car buying experience ever.

    I recently had an outstanding customer service experience while exploring options to upgrade my leased 2024 Honda HR-V Sport. I had been receiving calls about upgrading, but due to a busy schedule—and admittedly not enjoying the customer service side of things, despite working in the field myself—I kept putting it off. After listening to my voicemails, I came across a message from Ashley Cota. Since I had already scheduled a state inspection appointment, I decided to reach out and coordinate meeting with her that same morning. From the start, I made it clear that I simply wanted to understand my options without any pressure. Ashley exceeded my expectations. She took the time to truly understand my wants, needs, and financial concerns, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the newer HR-V models. Her approach was professional, patient, and refreshingly genuine. Thanks to Ashley’s excellent customer service—and the support of her management team—the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I ended up upgrading to a 2026 Honda HRV EXL, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thank you, Ashley, for making what is often a stressful and overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable. This was truly a standout example of great customer service.

    I will never shop here again , Jessica is VERY unprofessional and rude , only cares about a "sale" I told them prior to my arrival the amount of money I was working with for a down payment which was $1000, this was a Thursday , they came with a payment sheet that said $670 for car note. That was too steep for me so I wanted to take my business elsewhere, she INSISTED that I make a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for me as she worked on my approval and better rates . I expressed to them the time sensitivity of the process because my rental car was due back that Tuesday, she put me on the run around from Thursday to Monday , I talked with other sale representatives in between that time asking them to send my deposit back because it was taking too long for my comfortability., they all just told me to wait for her. Finally on Monday morning ( after I had to call her ) that she would call me before 1 pm , she never called of course, so I called back around 5:30 and she picked up the phone with an attitude and said that the bank detected fraud on my account ( and I never had any dealings with this bank to be flagged for fraud ) so I called the bank And that came out to not be true , so she LIED, She was really prolonging the process Because my application was being denied, which was OK with me I just wanted my money back so I could shop elsewhere... She mishandled me with unprofessionalism , Told me that I could get my "little deposit back" And that she doesn't answer the phone because she is busy with "paying customers" like I wasn't by myself, She hung up on me, And I received a call back from a tough guy that was supposed to be the manager, He was clearly taking up for her Because she was a woman working for him , That he probably fantasize about I was trying to show off while she was sitting right there ... He knew nothing about what was going on with my case Nor the details of my situation, I asked him did he want to talk in person and he threatened to call the police as I expected ... I will be taking further action, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with follow ups
