We had a terrible experience. Specifically, the sales person was not honest, but that is expected. Secondly, they used the same old tired technique, where they inquire about the desired monthly payment. However they still rake you over the coals. Also, the prices are so inflated over the msrp, that it doesn't make sense. Long story short, we were ready to buy, but the salesman didn't want a commission. He wanted to totally take advantage. Absolutely, despicable! We will never purchase anything from this place because the salesman is the ambassador for the business and first impression is last impression.

This was my second time purchasing a car at Hall Acura. My first purchase was a used ILX, but this time around I decided to go brand new.
Joseph was the one who contacted me when I put in an inquiry, and he immediately made sure all my bases were covered. I came in the day after first talking with him thinking I would just test drive and leave since I had another appointment to look at another USED car, but there was something about the new Integra I loved way too much to let go of. Joseph walked me through the process with ease. Donnie, the sales manager, helped with getting my payments within my budget. No pressure to do anything, and no being taken advantage of. They were both great!
Highly recommend Hall if you’re looking for both new and used vehicles!

I was hesitant to stop in to Hall Acura initially because of previous bad experience with them. I decided to stop in to see if anything had improved and to my surprise it seemed to be better. I was greeted by Casey Doyle who was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed my several models and exp1lained the features and differences to me, but no point did I ever feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. I came back 2 days later and was, again, greeted warmly by Casey. I found a car I liked and test drove it and asked him to put together some options for. I had options the very next day and went back to the dealership to discuss further options. Casey never once my me feel like I was a pain or a bother, but was happy to work really hard for me. I decided on a car but I wasbalmost closing on a Saturday so I put down a deposit and said I would be back so as not to keep everyone after closing on a Saturday. All I asked was that everything be ready for me to sign when I returned. I came back to the dealership on Tuesday at 11am and Casey said finance was finishing up with another customer and it should be a few minutes. At 1215 Jah came to talk to me and confirm dmv information. I informed him I had a meeting at 1pm and he said we should be fine. At 1245 I was still nowhere near finished, actually we had not even started. I said I had to leave but I would be back that afternoon. I got back to the dealership around 445 and he still was not ready. I was so frustrated by his lack of respect for my time having no sense of urgency at all. He was also rude, arrogant, condescending and made me feel extremely pressured to buy warranties and acted like I was stupid. I said this is not was we talked about earlier and he said why you getting made its just missed communication....which it was not. He did an incredibly poor job of communicating anything but told me if I didnt buy all the warranties I would be responsible for any milage overage, any tire, paint and interior damage and did I know that oil prices were going to go because of the war. I would have done anything to get out of there. At that point all I really wanted was to scratches whole deal and get my car back. In all my years of buying cars I have never been bullied and treated so poorly as I was by Jah. Such a shame as Casey had really turned my around of Hall.
Hall Acura Virginia Beach has truly gone above and beyond. I purchased my used 2020 Acura MDX there, and of all the dealerships I’ve worked with over the years, their service department has really stood out.
I got tires there today, and even though they were short-staffed, they still fit me in on short notice and the wait was not long at all. A special thank you to Randy, my service advisor, for the excellent customer service.
I also appreciated having a workspace available while I waited, which made it easy for me to get work done. As a business owner, that meant a lot. On top of that, their pricing was better than Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and even a dealership closer to me.
I’m very thankful for the great service and would absolutely recommend Hall Acura Virginia Beach.

Hall Acura of VA Beach:
Part 1: A vehicle was identified at a price point, test drove the vehicle, we sit down and another price point was presented. I showed the team member the price as advertised. He goes to the manager and doesn't honor the price as shown. We were told the way the market is, I mentioned the vehicle was good enough to sell as advertised at this price point but now its not. When does the consumer get the fair hand shake. Needless to say we left the dealership without a car. This was Friday, March 6, 2026 for our 6pm appointmemt. Pictures are on the Yelp with the advertisement price and time stamp, which we were told the system may not have caught up to change it. The system isnt my issues as a consumer, I showed the salesman the car price as advertised after it took us an hour to get there to potential purchase.
Part 2: Sunday, March 8, 2026, written reviews were sent and the FB messenger page. Auto response flew back and stated someone will contact you.
Monday, March 9, 2026, my phone rang and I couldnt respond at the time, so I sent a message I would callback around the afternoon. One of the store managers (JB) called and asked how we can make it right, and was sorry for the experience. Very personal apology in my opinion. He asked what number were you thinking so we could continue to do business as a valued customer. I gave a number lower than the number I originally saw advertised and lets say, he new it was a clear NO when I said it, then I was informed again about how 3rd parties pricing may be behind from what they advertise on the home website. He stated he would ask his GM and a text came back to me stating the vehicle NADA and retail value. Those prices are not my issue, nor did they come down to the price that was advetised first as a starting point to "make things right". I was also told this in the small window from our discussion (12:32pm to 1:04pm that the vehicle was sold to another dealership. So we were trying to make it right and negotiate a middle number only for the vehicle to be gone because another dealership bought it. Once again the consumer is never right, what a disappointment in "trying to make it right"
*You can see my reviews on Yelp and the BBB. Photos are presented of the price and the new price.
**I went to the Hall Acura web page since the 3rd party doesnt update real time so I was told. The vehicle price History shows what I stated on 3.6.2026, not this is the Hall Acura page, I couldnt post a photo here, it will be on Yelp.
