  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change today! Mat assisted me and was incredibly professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. The service was very fast and I didn't run into any issues. Having just moved to the area, we were looking for a trusted location for our routine vehicle maintenance, and I’m happy to say we’ve found it. We will definitely be returning to this location!

  First time coming here and I’m really glad I did! Bryce was awesome, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. The rest of his team was super helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back!

  My wife dropped her car off to get an oil change and state inspection. Oil change was fine no issues there, when it became time for state inspection the service advisor called my wife and asked where the wheel lock key is. My wife informed them it is in the glove box and they stated it is not there and the inspection cannot be completed without the wheel being removed. They then tried to get my wife to pay $200 to have them remove the wheel without the key and replace all the lug nuts. We were going to not perform the inspection and take it somewhere else but we needed to get this done. I then called and asked them why they are removing the wheel after reading the inspectors form myself where it is specified wheel shall only be removed if vehicle has drum brakes (vehicle did not have drums brakes) or if breaking system is not easily accessible through wheels. Picture below shows how easily accessible the caliper and rotor is. After my phone call with them 5 mins later they called back and stated they could magically perform the inspection without removing the wheel. Inspection was done and we picked car up later in the day. When we arrived to pick up the keys they said their system was down and could only take cash- a call would’ve been nice but lucky for them I had cash on me. Once we got the keys we looked in glove box and the wheel lock key was inside as we said it was. This place tried to take advantage of a woman and is the issue with the automotive industry in America.

  My brother told me about this place, he goes there to get his oil changed. He said they were fast, professional and prices were good. So today I pulled in to see what the hype was about and I must say I was impressed. First I wanna give a shout out to Mat, he is who you will meet when you pull into the bay. Mat was very thorough, walked me thru all my options for the oil change, then he starts calling out commands and people underground are checking your car and responding. This was the most entertaining oil change I’ve ever had. I was out of there in 15 minutes! These guys are on it and apparently they can fix anything on a car. Learned that today too. I think my dealership just lost a customer. May I appreciate you going above and beyond. You represent your company very well. Great first impression, I’ll be back with my other vehicle!
