  Overall very good. One glitch. Reservations was made online but when I got to office they said no car was available. It took strenuous efforts by staff to find me a car. They said online will always make reservation without actually checking if car is actually available. But very happy with overall rental. Will use enterprise again.

  The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!! The manager name is Hope Sopko extremely rude, condescending, unpleasant, and unhelpful. I have been a customer with Enterprise for over a decade. I rent from them exclusively and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. After this experience I can’t say that I will be back. So disappointing

  Nothing like getting a call an hour before your trip to to tell u they can't handle ur reservation.... thank Avis for taking care of me..... they COULD HAVE CALLED ME EARLIER.... im giving it 2 stars when one is deserved how I was handled...

  Last month in February, I rented a car from a completely different Virginia Beach location of Enterprise. I have never rented from this location that just charged me, yet this past week I suddenly found a $363.22 charge on my credit card from that location, out of nowhere. I called the Enterprise that I had originally rented from last month and they informed me that they don't see a charge in that amount on my account. I have not rented any vehicle this month. I did not authorize any charge. And I have no business history with that specific location. I’ve now had to open a dispute with my credit card company because of this unauthorized transaction. ENTERPRISE, what is going on? It feels incredibly concerning and honestly, I’d think it’s illegal for a location to somehow have my credit card information on file when I have never rented from them. Now there’s a serious trust issue with this company as a whole. Just wanted to warn others: Keep an eye on your credit card charges from Enterprise. This kind of thing should never happen.
