  The month of February, I rented a car from this Virginia Beach location of Enterprise through my insurance company who covered the rental expenses. I gave Enterprise my credit card for that $50 deposit fee for the rental however they did credit me back that $50 fee once I returned my car. This past week I suddenly found a $363.22 charge on my credit card from that location, out of nowhere. I called the Enterprise that I had originally rented from that month of February, and they informed me that they don't see a charge in that amount on my account for this month of March. I have not rented any vehicle this month of March. I did not authorize any charge. I’ve now had to open a dispute with my credit card company because of this unauthorized transaction. ENTERPRISE, what is going on? It feels incredibly concerning and honestly, I’d think it’s illegal for a location to somehow keep and use my credit card information on file. Now there’s a serious trust issue with this company as a whole. I have contacted Enterprise at all three VB locations and all have stated that they don't see this charge on my account. I believe someone else from this location used my credit card for someone else car rental. Just wanted to warn others: Keep an eye on your credit card charges from Enterprise. This kind of thing should never happen. Enterprise you owe me $363.22 from whomever you aloud to use my credit card for their rental transaction. I will escalate this if this isn't resolved this month.

  Service was great, as always!! The young man (S), who picked me up is fantastic!!. Enterprise, he is a keeper, and I would not be surprised if he goes far in your company!!!

  I had an exceptional experience having rented from this location. They were able to find a F150 for my trip to see my Grandma when all the other options were sold out in town. Spencer Metcalfe was top tier to work with beginning to end. He was professional, helpful, friendly, personable, quick on his feet and everything you could ever ask for from someone in this role. He went the extra mile each step of the way. I’ve rented at 3 other Enterprise locations in VB and this one is 100% the best. Thanks again Spencer, I will be back soon and hope you’ll be there unless you are promoted elsewhere. A1, A+ 5 Star experience.
