  Bryce and Luke were fantastic! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. The rental process was fast and seamless. In my 45 years of renting cars, they were the best folks I've ever worked with. They are true assets to the Enterprise team!!!!

  What is the definition of insanity - doing the same thing and expecting a different result. You literally are INSANE if you rent from this branch. A week ago I rented a car for this weekend -Friday noon pick up. I attempted to call and confirm all the details on Thursday - was left on hold for 48 minutes - then hung up on at 5:59pm and when I tried to call back - branch was closed. I went online -- confirmed details - put my info it - including form of payment. At 11:45 as I was navigating my way to the location -- I was called to ask about my flexibility in pick up time - of which i have NONE! 14 hour drive - no flexibility in leaving later- which is why I reserved a car at NOON. NO CARS available at noon - and I'm called at 11:45. Can I sit around and wait up to 6 hours to see IF a car is returned-- No promises a car comes in - but we think a few may and we can buzz you to let you know. Now I will not take the trip I planned - now I have to deal with cancelling a hotel reservation as I can not get to the location. This branch is the worst - the absolute WORST! No attempt made to see if there are other branches with cars - no attempt to help me - just an ask to have me literally sit around and wait to see if someone returns a car -- without any promise or assurance I'd end up in a car. Hands down the WORST - no attempt to solve the problem - no attempt to make this right - just an ask to sit around and see if a car gets returned. Do not rent a car from this branch - best thing for the entire 757 would be an OUT OF BUSINESS sign on their front door - You'll still get the same level of service and respect - which is NONE. Good riddance - you ruined another weekend.

  I was involved a vehicle accident and was hit by a drunk driver on 04/04. Things have been chaotic to say the least. Thank so much to Luke and team for helping me with my rental, insurance and answering all of my questions! It is very much appreciated!

  Vehicle had low tire pressure the got a flat. It was impossible to get through to the local office, because the automated system would not transfer my call.

  Manager Aubrie was awesome and caring in finding me a car to help in an emergency situation. I will need several more rentals in the coming weeks and will definitely use Aubrie's Enterprise location!!!!!!
