  I have my s90 in for service they are charging me $1200 + and can not fix the issue blaming it on a computer issue after they changed 2 batteries and a thermostat that they said was the issue but now the computer is the issue

  One of the easiest sales experiences I’ve had. Roy Brunner was fantastic to work with, was knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He made this whole experience a breeze and laid out very realistic and straightforward expectations. I love my XC90. The VB dealership has earned a future customer here, a first time Volvo buyer.

  Dealerships have a bad rapport on going for service repair, especially growing up with a father who does all repairs himself but coming here was the best decision. Blake helped me out so much with my warranty and reaching out, being patient in hearing back from them I can’t emphasize enough. Volvos are expensive to maintain so having a place to trust to work on is nice to have.

  Car needed new tires-- and different dealer did not remove wheel locks as I had asked so only Volvo dealership could replace tires. 8:30 appointment for new tires, alignment and oil change-- took 6.5 hours-- I like the car-- but will never buy a Volvo again due to terrible service from local dealership
