Blake helped me out so much with my warranty and reaching out, being patient in hearing back from them I can’t emphasize enough. - DLDoug Van LiewJul 31, 20255.0I acquired a 2011 Volvo privately a couple years back and it sat. There were many issues with it such as oil leaking, no AC, breaks, alternator etc. Naturally I didn’t want to bring it to a dealership in fear of paying those outrageous prices. So, I brought it to another shop nearby and the charges were racking up way more than what made sense and kept adding things that didn’t seem to need replacing. The other shop said it needed a new turbo which alone said it was going to be $7k… I stopped the bleeding and brought it over to Volvo. They went through it and turns out the turbo was perfect but the oil leaking was from the line connecting to it. They did a couple other courtesy things and were very friendly. If they had to change out the turbo it was going to be about half the price of the other shop. It was only $850 when they could have easily said it was more involved. I’ll be bringing it here from now on!
