  Had to wait 10 minutes after opening time for the garage to open; get into the bay and was told that they didn’t have my oil filter. This isn’t the first time either and has happened maybe three other times as well. The place is conveniently located but I’ll probably go elsewhere as it seems to be a crap shoot if they have my oil filter.

  Was in line for 2 and a half hours and it was only 3 cars in front of me then they come out to “ rearranged the cars” Because the people in lane too, has been sitting there for a while However, I couldn’t help but notice The workers I am there laughing taking their time taking a snack breaks And no one has really working on a car It wasn’t until I came around and talked to the Alleged manager on duty and told him that I was out there waiting for forever then they started putting a little pep in their step. Go when Alex is there, they will get you in and out. And on top of that when I came the first time they charged me five dollars for a light replacement For some reason this time it was $10.

  We had a very bad experience at this location while trying to get our car’s AC fixed because it was not cooling. When we arrived, we waited in line and a staff member came to ask what service we needed. We explained that our AC was not cooling and needed to be checked. He told us to wait and said it would take about an hour due to the long line. We told him that was fine and that we were willing to wait. After an hour passed, and then another hour, we were still waiting in line with two kids in the car in the blazing heat. We ended up waiting for almost three hours. By the time it was finally our turn, we were told that the technician who has the specific license required to fix AC systems was not there that day and that we would have to come back. It is absolutely ridiculous that we were made to wait almost three hours for nothing. There was no courtesy or consideration to inform us earlier that the AC technician was not available so we wouldn’t have wasted our time sitting in a hot car with two children. This experience was extremely frustrating. The staff was unprofessional and the service was very poorly handled. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s reaction. When I expressed how frustrating the experience was after waiting that long, they did not show any remorse and were even laughing. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This was an extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer service.

  The team was absolutely amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently while making sure everything was done right. Their communication was excellent, they kept me updated the entire time and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, professionalism, and great customer service like this. Truly outstanding experience! 100/10 service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Inside the bay area I waiting while 1 worker was just walking around. I'm unsure if he was a trainee but he could of started running my car info while I waiting..but instead he continued walking around. After a ten minutes a crew worker named Jordan came and let me know that they were short in staffing and apologize for the wait. I had to waited another 23 minutes before they started my service. If I knew of another service station I would've left... However Jordan was very apologetic and helpful so although it was a much longer wait his professionalism was very much appreciated.
