  The service representative was professional and courteous. My four new tires were put on and aligned in a very prompt manner. I would recommend Tire Choice Auto Service Center.

  This has not been a good experience. Arrived for appointment to change one tire, and waited three hours. Be sure to document price quoted, because they wanted double what they said.

  Customer service was good, pricing was average. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her tire checked for a slow leak and to have a tire on hand in case it couldn’t be patched. She went to her appointment, they checked the tire, but didn’t have a replacement on hand, so she had to go back the next day after school and Tire Choice replaced 2 rear tires on the Tesla for $850ish. 4 stars because they took an extra day of our time. Everything else was great.

  I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Online it said they were open on a Sunday. I'm 200 miles from home with a shredded tire, riding on a donut. I called and talked to a human who seemed unsure if he could find a pretty common tire. He had to call a manager who he couldn't get ahold of. I made an "appointment" anyway. I did get a confirmation email and text. When I went to the location, well after posted opening time but before my appointment, it was dark and locked up. I didn't have time to dick around with incompetent businesses so I found a reputable tire repair company that was open and spent my money there.

  I dropped off my car on Saturday (11/22) at approximately 1pm to get a full set of tires. I could tell they were a bit busy, but I was told by the attendant that the work would be completed by the end of the day. Around 5:30 pm, I received a call stating that my car was up on the lift and that the work would not be completed until Monday. I had made plans for Sunday that I expected to drive my car to, which I had to change on short notice. Had I known in advance that the service may not be completed by the end of the day, I would have made alternate arrangements to either come back another day or go to a different location. The attendant initially said I would be eligible for a $60 refund, which isn't much given this was a $700 service I just paid for including an alignment. When I arrived on Monday to pick up my car, I was told that the refund would have to apply to my next visit due to the discounts that had already been applied to my original purchase. This is in addition to having to call a Lyft in order to get myself to work on Monday. Fortunately, I do not work far from home, but if I did this could've been an even larger out of pocket expense. On top of all of that, I noticed after I returned home that the valve cap on one of my tires was missing. After this experience, I will not be visiting this location again.
