They were just not interested enough to get up and do the work. My truck was too tall with the ladders.. I offered to remove them and that didn’t change their minds. The tire was “too close” to being worn out but it was gauged at #5 with the depth gauge and within spec. Don’t waste your time when a company that is too lazy to do a small job.

Then they left an entire piece of their hydraulic lift attached to my car, they didn’t even walk around the make sure it was good before giving it back to me. I drove probably 30 miles with that huge piece of metal barely secured to the underside of my car, if that fell off while I was driving it would have at minimum popped my brand new tire, or at worst damaged my undercarriage, axle or god forbid fallen off on the interstate and hit another driver. When my brother went to return it and requested a refund for their terrible job they refused and told us they would give us a discount next time we come…. Like we are going back to a place that didn’t do a good job to begin with LOL. Do not go here and waste your money, paying more than any other shop for subpar service
