    Absolutely unsatisfactory!!! A state inspection has all I needed, dropped vehicle off evening. No communication from shop the entire next day, I called multiple times, no answer. 4:15pm shop called and told me it wouldn’t be ready till nail next day. I had to take PTO from work because the extra day it took for a 30 minute inspection. I got nothing but excuses from the shop staff. It has NEVER taken two days to get a state inspection. Took my spouses vehicle to a different shop, dropped it off night b fire. It was done by 10:00am. Tire Choice is a Bad Choice.

    I had brake work done on my Mercury Grand Marque a month ago. I brought my Ford pickup to have the radiator flushed and new antifreeze. Josh is an awesome manager and quite a multitasking one at that. He is polite and honest. The company does need to provide better heat in the winter for both the customers and mechanics. I give them 5 stars.

    I was very pleased with the service. I brought my car in late and they promptly replaced my tires in the morning after. The women working there were kind, also.
