  We were told on a Friday a car inspection would be done by end of day...then told it would be the first car to be looked at Saturday morning.....then told they were just waiting to fill out the sticker when we went to pick it up at 2pm. They finally start the inspection at 3pm and fail it. Don't promise timeframes if you can't deliver and don't lie to us multiple times when asking for updates. Won't return. Front desk guy was very good customer service so I'll give a star for that. He's probably saved you thousands preventing people walking out.

  My daughter and I both got 4 new tires. They charged us to replace the stems but did not our tires started going flat within 7 to 10 days. We had to go back multiple times to get what we paid for. When I went in, I told them that I had new tires just 6 months prior and I thought maybe my alignment was bad. They told me my alignment was tight and that the guy sold me bad tires. 7 months later and multiple times putting air in my tires . My front tire went flat. When I tried to put the donut on I realized they had stripped 2 of my lug nuts and I had to hire a mechanic to come and help get the lug nuts off. I went to the tire choice and showed them the tire. They said it was a bad tire but I had to call the manufacturer. Which I did in front of them he said the tire was guaranteed up to 40 miles or two years. But they had to get a code of some kind. They said I would he was wrong and gave me the corporate #. Then they told me I had to prove that I had an alignment done. I said you said I didn’t need one. They said no I refused an alignment. Which is not true. They also said they changed the stems but they did not so lying seems to be their go too. They also told me they would keep the tire in the back until they could figure things out on their end. But on my paperwork they say customer said to dispose of tire. My roommate also went here and her tire went flat with 15 days. So that’s three people with the same experience. Had they told me on day one I needed an alignment I surely would have gotten one!!! Who spends money on tires that will get chewed through every six months. An alignment is truly cheaper!!! I feel ripped off and my daughters safety is important to me. So we will not ever trust this company again.
