- EKEsaie KinseyNov 13, 20251.0Don’t recommend!! Just another typical tire place tryna get money from you. Needed only a few things done, tire change, alignment, and replace three lug nut heads. When I went to pay my bill it had doubled from what I was originally told, no surprise there honestly thought it would’ve tripled. I got charged for all the extra lug nut heads i didn’t need plus whatever extra labor they decided to throw on there, also made sure to take my keys outta my hand and move my car until I paid… would not recommend at all! I hope I get a nail in all four my tires so they fix it on the spot no charge (warranty) and put that extra labor charge from my bill to legit use.

Wife’s car was ready to go for work on Monday. The staff were very cool to work with and when we need tires again, I will be happy to take them my business again!

They found the fuel filter sensor was loose and re-attached the wire ($125 diagnostic charge). I picked it up but it still was making the noise so I took it back to them. Then they found the real culprit. The oil was low even though it showed 30% oil life remaining. They added 3.5 quarts at no charge and it is running fine now. Jason was patient with me after I expressed my frustration at the initial problem not being fixed at first. I’ll go back to them.
- JNJohn NeviNov 3, 20255.0Joe the service writer was great 3 shops said it was to late come back tomorrow but Joe said if you have a slow leak it might be flat tomorrow so come on in and we will take care of you…… The technician came out had me back on the road in 15 minutes went over everything with me next set of tires I buy it’s gonna be at that store for sure…..Thanks guys ……
