  I had a screw in my tire. It was patched. My tire warranty covered the cost. It was busy, but I waited a reasonable amount ofbtime considering. Happy with my service.

  Where do I start but I'll try to keep it short and sweet brought my car in to get my four tires changed over to new rims I was quoted a price of $180 to change the tires over it took about 2-3 hours for them to do the job when I went to pick up the car and it cost me $330 so what changed they had to put new valve stems on the car because they said they couldn't get the tires on correctly with the ones that were on the car so I paid extra for these valve stems but no one called me to tell me about it that. It would have been nice. 2 Days Later I went to pick up my daughter have not put much miles on these tires yet caught a blowout on the left rear tire I was able to make it home fill the tire up get it over to the tire choice . Went inside to just speak to the manager to see how we possibly can fix this because I don't know what happened I walked inside and I can't even tell you the manager's name is Jason and he came at me like I was a criminal and a crook he came outside and i showed him the tire and he immediately accused that someone punctured my tire on purpose not for nothing you don't know me from a hole in the wall and you accuse me for someone punching my tire bad business he raised his voice at me he yelled at me I was completely offended on how he treated me especially as a customer I drove my car out of there next day I went to Tire Discount Center where they were so much more professional I got a new tire from them and I wanted to know what happened to the original tire that blew out and they told me that they put a valve stem incorrectly and whenever I would have hit a small bump it would tear through the tire last place I would ever take my tires or get any work done would be this location😠

  TERRIBLE SERVICE I GO IN FOR A SERVICE WHICH COST 1800$ for them to tell me they have all the wrong parts and they left us sitting outside for 2 whole HOURS without saying a single word terrible customer service and terrible service in general I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING THIS PLACE

  Went in for a repair unfortunately my tire tread was too low. Service was fairly quick and the manager Joe was amazing especially since I came in nearly at closing with a leaking tire. Had his guys fix me up and back on the road safely. Other than the price of the tires I can’t complain at all. Such is life when you own your own things. Thank you Joe for getting me back on the road safely.
