  I can't recommend these guys enough. I started going to their shop because it is close to my work, but they have been amazing. They are fair, honest, quick, helpful, and they really behave like an older neighborhood mechanic. You can go ask them a question and get a straight answer. They've helped us with a lot of general service work on older and newer cars and recently helped me diagnose a couple of tricky issues that ended up costing me much less than expected.

  I went in for a plug repair for my 2023 Toyota Prius. While performing the maintenance a lug was broken. At first the manager said I would be required to pay for the repair. We had a disagreement. Ultimately the manager sensed my frustration and repaired the broken lug at no cost. The plug to my tire is holding well. I appreciated the Manager's willingness to work with me despite differing opinions on how the lug was broken.

  On January 27th I dropped a vehicle off for inspection. The owner received a phone call stating it failed that it needs a power steering flush. It would cost $131. I looked it up online. It states that a PS flush has nothing to do with VA State inspection. A state inspector I know said the same thing. I asked the man what does a PS flush have to do with an inspection. The guy gives me a printed paper stating if the PS fluid is below minimum it fails. Not once did the guy say power steering fluid. I ask if they would add it. He stated get your car. I said to the man, your establishment is so true to what the google reviews say. People, please read the reviews. I wonder why the Tire Choice on Virginia Beach BLVD shut down? I've always had good results with them. You ever drive past the one on Independence and Jericho and see how busy it's not. I will never go to Tire Choice ever again. I'm sure most stations are like this. That's how they make money. Also read the response, when they reply they always start with "We're sorry." Well if you are, do something about it. Don't look like anything has changed. People, be careful.

  Great customer service, great work. I dropped a star only because they took about twice as long as suggested to finish the work. All else apectacular.

  was having a terrible day and then noticed my tires had exposed threads, reluctantly made my way to tire choice (i’ve never had to buy new tires before) and was pleasantly surprised! good prices, great quality of work and i received the most amazing customer service from the manager wendell! he was so kind, understanding, and helpful, it truly turned my whole day around to see there’s still good people out there, thank you for bringing light to such a dark time for me and my family wendell <3
