- RBR B4 days ago1.0Brought my vehicle for a simple state inspection, they claim it failed the inspection for lack of several issues, this sounded weird as the check engine lights were not indicating so, I was quoted a super high bill for parts that my car did not need, I took it elsewhere for a second opinion turns out the car was totally fine and passed the inspection, NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

- VCvicky costonNov 8, 20251.0I wouldn’t even rate them one star after misdiagnosing my car and charging me over $400 they wouldn’t give a penny back They went from only telling me my car had a water pump leak , within less than 24 hours, my light came back on. I brought it back to them and they said I need a new water pump , A gasket and a thermostat I said during the diagnostic y’all should've caught that the manager told me well when we spray it with water we wouldn’t be able to see a leak, DUUH SHERLOCK, THAT’S WHY YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO WAIT FOR IT TO DRY AND MAKE SURE IT’S NO OTHER PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU HAND THE CAR BACK OVER AND IT’S PAID FOR , THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT FROM THEIR MECHANICS TO THEIR MANAGERS I would never again get a oil change tire rotation or anything from these idiots on independence blvd ! Not to Mention two other tire choices told me they in fact, missed diagnosed my car ! Do not take your car to tire choice on independence Boulevard the other ones are OK but this one absolutely is not!
