- AGAva GraingerMar 22, 20251.0On Wednesday March 19, 2025, my fiance and I were securing our bicycle lights just in front of the entrance to the store when an unknown driver on Virginia Beach Blvd slowed his vehicle, rolled his window down, and fired off 3 rounds (none of which struck us but 1 round put a hole in the front of glass door) before he continued driving. My fiance and I ran inside the store to get to safety when the owner named "D" instantly told us we were banned and he told his friend named "Q" who was in the store drinking alcohol during the time of the shooting to quickly leave the store before the police arrived. Then, the vehicle in which the shooter was in pulled up to pump 3, and got out of the vehicle and attempted to enter the store but the owner told him thru the glass door that the store was closed so the shooter got back in his vehicle and drove away. Police came a few minutes later and my fiance and I had to speak to police for over 2 hours. This place is unsafe for the public.
