  Left with a bigger crack than the one I drive in with. I would not recommend their services if you are looking to get cracks in your windshield repaired

  Took them two different appointments to figure out what the hell they were doing. First appointment they replaced my windshield and told me I’d need to come back since they couldn’t calibrate. Left with multiple lights on my dash. Went to my second appointment after some lady was rude on the phone for rescheduling the appointment and came in with the front desk lady not having any idea on why I was there for my appointment. Turns out the lady on the phone scheduled me for wrong location. Came back and they didn’t even replace my windshield, they just recalibrated the original one again and for some reason it worked this time and then they charged me 100$. 2 appointments, 100$ worth of ubers and a 100 dollar copayment later and I finally have a basic windshield replacement…. Will not be going back.

  Unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience with safelite. I got my windshield replaced and then it had a large warp in the middle, so I had to come in and get it replaced again. It still seems a bit warped throughout, but I think that’s just low quality glass. Additionally, I believe that they either forgot to reconnect or disconnected my windshield washer hose causing me to have to get my car serviced and pay extra money fixing that. I couldn’t figure out why my windshield wiper fluid kept leaking under my vehicle. I feel that my service was very rushed and they did not properly inspect and check their work. Not sure how else that hose could have been disconnected as the leaking started right after I got the replacement. Very disappointing.

  I was in the Virginia Beach area enjoying the holidays with my brother and his family when my windshield broke. I called Safelite and the lady on the phone was very helpful! She checked my insurance to see if I am covered. Turns out the deductible was the same price to get the repair done. She explained to me I can break down my payments or pay in full. I chose to join Afterpay.com and make monthly payments. She then booked the soonest appointment for me. Which turned out to be the Virginia Beach Blvd location! It was very clean, had clean tables and chairs, restaurants walking distance, and plenty of parking. The shop was clean, clear, and you can watch as they work on your car. The bathroom was the cleanest I have seen in an automotive shop. Matt Skelton and his team were very knowledgeable and friendly! I had by mistake booked two appointments, one was tied to the Afterpay, and the other was the one I needed to keep, which was not connected to Afterpay! Matt was able to cancel one and connect the Afterpay to the one I needed! Thank you, Matt and team!! You made my Christmas holiday that much easier!!!

  A Total Disappointment. I took my 2025 MX 5 GT to replace my windshield. As they were about to replace my windshield, they noticed the molding they ordered from their parts was the incorrect color. They said that they will call me when the correct molding color comes in. I never heard back from them. I called them monthly to follow up on the part. They said that the 2025 black molding for my MX5 GT convertible was on backorder nationwide. I told them to call my dealership at Hall Mazda to get the part. They never called my Dealership. After 7 months of waiting, I went to my Dealership for my oil change, and they said that they have 300 molding parts for my vehicle in all the colors. They gave me All Auto Glass ph#, and they replaced my windshield with the molding within a week at my place of work and they even recalibrated my cameras. I will NEVER go to Safelite again!
