These guys really pulled through for me when I was calling around to see if there was a tire place that could help me with a flat tire situation, and get all 4 tires replaced with short notice. I called other places that either didn’t pick up the phone, or were rude and not very helpful. Not these guys at NTB Tires… they were super helpful, accommodating and made me feel taken care of as a customer. The service was quick too! Also, I’ve had a slight alignment issue that other service providers had overlooked (even after I brought it up) and the NTB team noticed the problem and now my car is driving much better. I opted for the good year tires, although a bit pricer than other options, they are very high quality. They were completely transparent about price, and what my options were. Chris even told me which tires he and his wife use, which helped me feel confident about my choice. All in all this was a very pleasant experience after dealing with an unpleasant flat tire situation on the road! 👍

I went in for an oil change and an emergency battery—after the local dealerships couldn’t get me in for a week!—They got me in and out quick and even though they couldn’t do my battery due to my car—he called a local shop and arranged for me to head over as soon a as my oil was changed! Appreciate the help and going that extra mile! My battery was changed and now a local dealership missed out due to their horrible customer service. Thank you!
