  Called NTB and was able to get same day tire rotation and balancing. Mel at front desk was really nice and checked me in fast and Jordan the store manager was able to start working on my car within the next 5 minutes from checking in. Highly recommend this place for fast service!

  If I could give this NTB location ten stars, I would — no hesitation. What started as a stressful, borderline trip-ending situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had just started an eight-hour drive when everything went wrong at once. A tire blew out on General Booth, and I couldn’t even get it off to put on the spare. After getting back in the car, I realized my battery light was on… and then the car wouldn’t start at all. At that point, I genuinely thought my trip (and my entire day) was completely ruined. AAA towed me to NTB on Laskin Road, and from the moment I arrived, everything changed. They got me in almost immediately, which already felt like a miracle given the situation. The technicians — Nick, Kyle Tay, and Mr. Bob — were incredible. Not only did they quickly handle the blown tire situation, but they also diagnosed and replaced my battery right away (thankfully the only issue causing the car not to start). What really stood out though was their honesty and thoroughness — they took the time to check everything and let me know that two of my other tires were in critical condition. I was about to continue an eight-hour trip on unsafe tires without even realizing it. That alone could have ended very differently. Instead, they got all four tires replaced, mounted, and balanced quickly and professionally, and had me back on the road safely. And I cannot say enough about Mel and Jordan at the front. They were kind, calm, and genuinely caring during a moment where I was stressed and overwhelmed. They kept me informed, made sure I was okay, and turned what could have been a miserable experience into something that honestly restored my faith in good customer service. This wasn’t just “good service.” This was a team of people who stepped in during a chaotic moment and handled everything with urgency, skill, and kindness. I drove away not just relieved, but genuinely grateful. NTB on Laskin Road has absolutely earned my trust, and this will 100% be my go-to location from here on out. If you’re ever in a tough spot with your car, this is exactly where you want to be. 🙌🚗💛

  Had some issues come up with the car. Shocks. Struts. And a surprise alternator failure on the way to work. Called NTB and they were able to get it in that afternoon and get it back to me the next day. Awesome team to work with. I’m back there a day later for a tire pressure issue. Thrilled with this shop and the people here.

  The man name Jordan definitely took care of me. i came into town for a track meet and battery light came on. i came into this location and he was professional and took care of my problem with my battery and alternator. use this location !!!

  I had an excellent experience at NTB's Laskin Rd. location. I needed new tires quickly, and they were open on a Sunday when most other tire centers were closed. The tires I wanted had to be ordered and they got them faster and more affordable than the other shops I received quotes from. I appreciated the excellent customer service from this location's new manager, Jordan. He made sure I was well taken care of and I am a happy customer. Highly recommend.
