  Caught a flat tire, pulled into here and the service was impeccable. Shane helped out a lot, if you go in there for any reason expect great treatment.

  New to VA and needed a car inspection for the first time. Called early afternoon and was told I could come in for an inspection same day. Took just under an hour. Everyone was so nice and friendly! I would definitely return to this location.

  Incompetent or captured by private equity? Mavis Tire Express Services Corp. is owned by an investor group led by private equity firm BayPine, along with TSG Consumer Partners, West First Management (a holding company controlled by Mavis co-CEOs David and Stephen Sorbaro), and Golden Gate Capital. We've used them for our vehicles for years and used to get state inspections failed for wiper blades etc. but since the sale, every vehicle has multiple issues (which would cost a lot to "FIX"....). The breaking point was another state inspection that "needed" all new suspension components (supposedly). I changed the brake pads (needed them) and took the vehicle to a local shop that confirmed that ONE of the FOUR suspension components had a bad bearing and fixed us up within hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND PROBABLY THE ENTIRE CHAIN! Don't get excess work done so they can improve the bottom line and make more money for a private equity firm corner suite bubba to make ANOTHER mil and buy ANOTHER house/boat/whatever. JUST DRIVE ON BY! Check reddit etc. for who in the area is actually honest and isn't profit driven. SHAME ON YOU NTB!

  While in Virginia Beach, my tire sensor light came on. I had a nail in my right driver side tire and had an appointment scheduled for 2 pm at my NTB store in Chesapeake. I stopped for assistance and was able to have the tire/bad sensor replaced while I waited! Eric, Shane and Chris were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this NTB location.

  Shane and Sam were absolutely amazing! I called this location and spoke to Shane over the phone regarding an oil change and inquiring about my check engine light. He shared that he had a technician that would be able to service same day. My technician Sam was thorough and provided trustworthy advice which is a true compliment in the automotive industry. Shane checked in with me throughout my experience and provided great recommendations for my vehicle today and in the future. Thank you NTB for having credibility and integrity.
