Later, I received a call saying they couldn’t perform the alignment because my van was too tall. When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed that my rear backup camera was missing. The staff claimed they had no knowledge of it, but my vehicle was definitely not in that condition when I dropped it off. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I trusted them with my vehicle, and now I’m left with damage and no accountability.
