We worked with Donovan on our vehicle purchase and he made the experience so easy and straightforward. I’d do business with him and this dealership again in a heartbeat.

I was here getting my car fixed and overheard the advisors talking bad about a customer they had on hold , how unprofessional. Trying to upload the audio clip I got from them being so unprofessional and talking like that around customers . Even took the phone off the hook , so the customer wouldn’t call back after she wanted to file a complaint.

The service advisors at this company have consistently displayed rude behavior, often refusing to work on cars when complaints are made. It appears the company ownership is aware of this practice yet does nothing to stop it.Given this , I'm compelled to escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and lodge a formal complaint. Future customers should be aware of this potential pitfall and know that respect is a fundamental aspect of any business transactions.

I had a very poor experience with this dealership and would give it a zero rating if I could. After having my car towed here on December 30th for service, the advisor assigned to me was completely unprofessional and rude. Despite my history of loyalty and spending, implied that I should know what's wrong with my car beyond the lights and became agitated when I asked for additional recommendations. The claim that they don't service vehicles over 10 years old is false, given their past work on my car. Now they're refusing to fix the lights after I've requested a formal complaint. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, seeking legal action, and advising others to avoid this dealership due to the lack of customer service and quality care. 2012 Glk 350 thats been very dependable to my family .. The car was over 10 years in 2023 in you fixed it . Im the second owner of this very reliable car that just needs a little Tlc. This is a tactic that they use and the owner must allow it . Look at this customers experience , they used the same retaliation against him that they did me .

Date of Service: Nov 2025 Advisor: Terrance Ames I agree with many of the other negative reviews. Mercedes-Benz of Virginia Beach does not deserve a single star. I brought my vehicle to an Virginia Beach Mercedes-Benz dealership for a routine oil change and maintenance, expecting professional and accurate service. Instead, the experience was extremely disappointing and costly. The service department misdiagnosed the issue, which led me to pay over $2,000 to replace a part that was working perfectly. After multiple return visits and considerable pushback on my part, they finally admitted the real problem was related to the DEF sensors, which are covered under warranty. Despite this, I was still charged approximately $2,500 for parts and labor related to the unnecessary repair they performed. To make matters worse, a few weeks later I discovered that the engine oil was never changed, even though I was charged $230 for the oil change service. I have documented proof supporting this claim. This level of negligence, misdiagnosis, and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I will be filing formal complaints with NCDS, MBUSA, and the BBB. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
