I mentioned to them that I'd been having trouble starting my car for a while and everyone is telling me it's my battery, my alternator and various other expensive parts, but even though I'm an old woman that doesn't know much about cars, I knew it wasn't my battery.or any of those things, I said it felt like a connection problem, like all those parts that are involved in starting the car were not talking with each other. Jiffy Lube person tested my battery & alternator and said they were fine. Then while they were flushing my engine they noticed a loose wire connection and tightened it up. Voila, starting problem fixed! No charge! Sometimes little old ladies who have been driving for over 60 years, can have good instinct about their car! Thank you Jiffy Lube!
