I scheduled my car to have the transmission serviced and have a factory recall on the hood latch completed. Kylie picked up my car in my driveway (you read that right - in my driveway, at my home). She was courteous and professional as she inspected my car and made sure that her paperwork matched up with my expectations for service. My service advisor Dwyan contacted me to let me know my car had arrived for service. He communicated with me frequently via both texts and phone calls. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on his technicians progress with my car. Finally, Donald delivered my car back to driveway that afternoon with equal cheerfulness and professionalism that is apparently the norm at Hall Nissan. One more thing, I have had my transmission serviced by a reputable independent local shop in the past. They have always done top quality work for me too, but it turns out they were charging me $100 more than Hall Nissan for the same transmission fluid exchange service. It would have never occurred to me to call the dealer for this service had it not been for the recall I wanted to get done.

They gave me one out-the-door price, had me sign a bunch of documents, and then a few hours later the finance manager, Chris, comes in and says “Oh, that wasn’t the final price! No one asked me about the quote.” 🤡 Unbelievable Dinosaur tactics!!! Bait-and-switch tactics like this are the reason people hate buying cars. I d rather ride a bicycle than buy from clowns 🤡 like these. Stay far away unless you enjoy being part of a clown show 🎪
