  My experience at this dealership was one of the best I’ve had. I came in just to test drive and weigh my options after someone totaled my previous baby and drove away with a beautiful car with all the features I wanted at a great price!! Mr. Dermetris was truly a gem and i’m so thankful to him and the team for working hard to get me a great vehicle through all the unfortunate circumstances I’ve had to face. I truly felt taken care of and not taken advantage of which is rare as a woman walking into dealerships these days. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

  After months of searching for a new car and communicating with dealerships across North Carolina and the East Coast, I finally found my 2026 CX-90 at Hall Mazda last week. The entire process was completed via email, text, and phone—exactly the kind of buying experience so many people are looking for. I worked with an exceptional team: Glenn (GSM), Vicki (Internet Sales Manager), Christy (Salesperson), and James (Finance). Their customer service was outstanding. Christy was incredibly attentive, sending videos and promptly answering all my texts. James is perhaps one of the best finance managers I've ever worked with, taking a refreshingly no-pressure approach. Even the shipping process for my car was seamless.   CX-30 Premium C.P.O. jumped out at me from Hall Mazda website two days ago. Vicky immediately emailed back forth, got an idea on finance, Abraham set me up with appointment, test drive around the block included interstate and suburban. Damn, it's even Soul Red. Glenn and James placed the finishing touches. Drove in this morning with my 2006 Wrangler and three hours later I am a Mazda guy. The team went above and beyond to assist me in every way. Abraham thoroughly demonstrated the advanced tech features, which can overwhelm this senior citizen, even after the sale. To wrap the day up he drove my vehicle all the way to my home in York County, 55 miles away through the bridge tunnel, to make sure I got on the road that same day, Top Notch! All straight talk, smooth, professional, and delivered the goods. This dealership *rocks*

  I cannot sing enough praise about my experience at Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach. After having owned a 2009 Mazda Speed 3 that I was deeply attached to, I knew without a doubt that my next vehicle would be another Mazda. Upon arriving at Hall Mazda, I was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dermetris, Robert and their incredible team made it their mission to ensure I found the perfect vehicle that not only suited but exceeded all of my needs and expectations. I’m only 5ft tall so not all vehicles are comfortable for me. It is extremely important that I feel secure and confident in any vehicle that I operate. What truly stood out was the team's relentless dedication to customer satisfaction. They worked tirelessly to present me with options that not only met my criteria but also made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. Their professionalism and courtesy transformed what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. After careful consideration, and to my surprise, I decided on a gorgeous 2018 Acura ILX with only 54,000 miles!!! It was undoubtedly love at first sight! The moment I sat in it, I knew it was the right choice. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, safety, and style. I couldn't be happier with my decision.   I have owned Land Rover, Volkswagen, and Jeep and just purchased my first Mazda a CX-50 and I am absolutely in love with it! Like many people, I know that car buying is a chore that can be painful. I recently visited Hall Mazda to inquire about a CX-50. I researched the brand and model for a year reading reviews and blogs to get a good idea of quality and performance. Working with salesman Matthew Beatty and financing with Matthew M. , they made the experience and process efficient and smooth. Matthew B. was well versed on the brand and the model I was interested in and made the buying experience much less painful. I highly recommend visiting Hall Mazda and look forward to working with them to manage and service the vehicle. Thank you Hall Mazda I will recommend to everyone I know who is interested in Mazda!
