    I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by emily who is hands down the best salesperson I have ever encountered. My anxiety melted away. Her and the people she worked with were professional, polite, patient and so friendly. She made this a truly amazing day and experience for me. Everyone there helped me celebrate this milestone in my life. It was about more than just buying a car for me that day. It was about Regaining my independence, And they made it happen at Hall. I'm so grateful that I walked in there that day. 10 out of 10 in Virginia beach.

    Me and my wife came here very nervous since it was our first time buying a car together. This dealership made it very easy and felt very welcome to buy a car! They really help out on trying get as close as they can to the number that sounds fair to you which my wife and I really appreciated! I will definitely come back and bring my sister in law once she gets her license for a new car. I definitely suggest talking to Betsy Delgado and Paul Lee. I can vouch for them since they are the ones that helped us out a lot without being too aggressive on us buying something. Although they all seem very friendly and nice from the 5 different days we came in to look at cars!

    This is my second time around at Hall Honda! Dee Delaney greeted me via text message to get acquainted and offer her assistance with meeting my requests and preferences for purchasing a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership later in the evening she welcomed me with open arms and had the potential vehicle prepped and ready to show me. She was very personable. Dee was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the important features. She also discussed the option of certifying the vehicle and explained what that entailed. We took a test drive. Of course, the car was awesome! Dee made me feel very comfortable and trustworthy that she was working on my behalf and in my best interest from start to finish! She was very patient despite it being close to the end of business. Lawrence, the finance manager, also streamlined the final piece of the purchasing process. He discussed the options and kept it simple! Awesome teamwork! I'm definitely team Honda! This is the dealership for me!!!

    I’m writing this review to warn others about my disappointing experience with the service department at Hall Honda. I’ve been a loyal Hall customer for years and have purchased several vehicles from their Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep store, but this visit to Hall Honda was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Honda Accord in last Tuesday because it was making unusual noises. I’m an engineer with the Military Sealift Command and have extensive experience working with engines and mechanical systems, so I typically do my own maintenance. However, because I was leaving for a new ship assignment the next day, I decided to have Hall Honda handle the job. I suspected the issue might be the bearings or brakes, so I purchased all my own parts—rotors, pads, etc.—and scheduled an appointment. I was quoted around $600 for labor since I was supplying the parts. The next day, I received a call from the service advisor informing me that my brakes were fine but one of my rims was cracked. Her tone was unprofessional, and when I started asking technical questions, she became irritated and defensive. She then suggested a $180 “diagnostic test.” When I asked what it involved, she said it meant lifting the car and “looking deeper into it.” I told her that’s not a diagnostic test—it’s a visual inspection. Her response was rude and dismissive, telling me that I “didn’t know what I was talking about” and that I should “stick to my job and let them take care of the cars.” I also had them do an oil change, but because they insisted I use only their Honda filters instead of my own, the price jumped from $40 to $100. When I questioned the cost, the advisor said, “When you come to the dealership, you gotta pay dealership prices.” Later in the same call, she even said, “We’re going to get paid regardless. If you don’t pay, the next person will.” That kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. After a long back-and-forth, she eventually agreed to remove the $180 diagnostic fee but told me, “Next time I won’t.” I told her there won’t be a next time—I’d rather sell the car than bring it back to Hall Honda. I’ve been dealing with Hall dealerships for years, and I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism, price gouging, and lack of respect for the customer. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority at this location. Bottom line if you value honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing, avoid Hall Honda at all costs.
