Some years ago I bought a Honda Accord from here and it ran great! The customer service was wonderful and there wasn’t a sense of bad aura in the air. Whenever I needed a repair done, I always trusted their service. But if you end up going there for a repair, stay away from Theresa Rash. She fast talks and is rude and is inconsiderate to customers voices. Two minutes within a conversation I’m having with her about my daughter’s car and she literally was about to blow a head gasket. When my daughter asked for a diagnostics on her car A MONTH AGO, she insisted my daughter did not need one, AND NOW, the diagnostics is what saved my daughter’s car. And now they think they fitting to charge her $1666, honey if you would have did what we asked you to do in the first place, we wouldn’t even be here. Girl, YOU ARE NOT A MECHANIC, and the worst advisor, and a snob 🥴. I’m highly disappointed that I sent my Princess there and she was mistreated and I’m two hours away and can’t even go up there with her. Do better and train better and train Theresa to be less intimidating and more considerate to the voices of others. You are supposed to be a leading light for young ladies and not living in defense. Go rest, your weary. If I had only my daughter’s experience to rate my experience with Hall Honda Virginia Beach and my one conversation with Theresa today to give stars, yall would receive one ☝🏾 , zero if I could.

This was my first time ever purchasing a car and I was so excited but I also had no idea what I was doing or what I really wanted. So I got the Nissan Pathfinder thinking I need a huge car but nonetheless I couldn’t drive it. So I did the 7-day exchange program and that’s where I met the best car salesmen ever, Emily. She helped me out with everything. She was very detailed, thorough, knew how to articulate her words, and explained everything so I wouldn’t drive away with something I didn’t want again. I would recommend hands down to any new buyers to go to Hall Honda but only if you work with Emily!!! She is easy going, easy talk to, has no problem answering any question you have about any car. Thanks to Emily I was able to get my beautiful Honda CR-V. She showed me all the car functions and how to operate them too.

I purchased my Honda Accord from a different dealership about a year ago and have only come to Hall Honda for service. Up until two weeks ago, I hadn’t experienced any issues. Then suddenly my FCW (Forward Collision Warning) system failed due to a stored transmission code, and I was informed that I would likely need a full transmission replacement. As you can imagine, I immediately started thinking about what this would cost potentially thousands of dollars and honestly what felt like my life savings.
This is where Mr. Barnett went above and beyond. Without hesitation, he took the initiative to contact the dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle. He discovered that I had an active warranty something I wasn’t even aware of and personally submitted the claim on my behalf. By the grace of God, the claim was approved, and I was able to avoid thousands in repair and labor costs. My car now drives like new again.
In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Mr. Barnett proved that integrity and customer advocacy still exist. He kept me informed every step of the way and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I had bought a car from the about a week ago however, I had a very unpleasant experience. Jessica whom is the manager was very disrespectful and around the bush the whole entire process. It was my first time ever financing a car and I had a friend with me who knew more about financing vehicles than me, so she was helping me ask all the right questions. Jessica brought us 4 different price sheets claiming she "paid" to get them lowered... LIE and I also asked for a sheet that had my name and a breakdown of everything she wouldn't give it to me claiming it would make things "more confusing" respectfully if I'm purchasing a car and asking for the documents to review them with my mom over the phone respectfully I should receive it if it has my name on it. ANYWATS As my friend was asking questions about interest, she told her that this has nothing to do with her not only that we asked about interest rate the lady told me she wouldn't give me the rate until after documents were signed she was very rude to my friend to the point where my friend walked out and cried in her car because she is pregnant. Also, I got their at 11:15 didn't even know if I was approved until 7pm RIDICOULOUS and I didn't leave the dealership until 8:23. Also, the first car they brought out to me that I test drove had sounds I told the girl Emily whom I was working with originally before they changed my person to somebody who was new that every time I asked a question she had to go to the manager and confirm an answer ANYWAYS, once I told Emily she had the service people take it for a drive and then told me it was a suspension issue so I didn't want the car. When they brought out the second car I heard noise coming from the tire told them about it and asked if the service people would look at the cause of the noise that's when Jessica told the new girl who was working with me that they don't allow the service people to look at vehicles because they have all already been looked at. I said that, that is a lie because they did it for me earlier with the previous car. She then goes and tells Jessica and they said that they would look at it but it is going to be awhile after 2 hours on constantly waiting I asked about it again they then told me that the service side closed at 5 and I would have to come back on a later day and whatever the issue is they won't cover it. It got to the point where any question I asked the girl had to keep running to "Jessica" and I was getting very irritated when I asked for her to come over she wouldn't come claiming she was "busy" however I look at the front desk as she is laughing with coworkers. Very unprofessional, very around the bush, clueless acting, rude, to "Jessica" it definitely gave only worried about the money not the customers. Even after my HORRIBLE experience I still ended up buying a car because I am need of one ASAP, however, I had the worse experience ever and all I wanted was mutual respect and I didn't receive that.
