  I bought a Jeep Grand Wagoneer in May 2025 from out of state. Knowing it does way more than what I have been using it for (basic drive, park and music) I stopped in hoping that I could schedule an appointment and have someone teach this 56 year old gal how to get full functionality of this vehicle! And oh my goodness-CORNELIUS SCOTT!! He went way above the call of duty!! Exhibiting patience, knowledge and a touch of humor, he taught me so much about my truck! A wonderful professional and very nice young man! He definitely understands the mechanics, logistics and operations of the new Jeeps while also respectfully understanding and explaining the above mentioned in a manner that I appreciated and was so grateful for! I honestly feel as if I bought a brand new vehicle today as I’m completely taking full advantage of all the bells and whistles the Grand Wagoneer has to offer!! Thank you Cornelius!   Got an email from kasey p. that said "Hello, if you can leave glenn farless a google review at the link below mentioning his name that would be great appreciated. He needs 9 more reviews :)" I have no idea of who that is as I've never been to that dealership. My daughter has though. I remember it being hard to get in touch with the service department so my daughter went in person (can't remember if she finally managed to get an appt or what exactly happened). She called me with an estimate for work she needed done but I was busy at work so I got the phone number and the name of whoever she dealt with and called back. Left a message with some questions about the work she needed done. Meanwhile she's told them she needed to review the costs with me and that she would not have the work done at that time.... Then waited an over an hour for someone to bring her her keys (they never did she finally got up and asked for them). I called and left a voicemail for whoever she dealt with that day so I could find out all the work they recommended..... No one ever called me back. And they didn't give my daughter a written estimate of recommended work and costs, so we had the work done at another local jeep dealer.
