As a loyal, repeat local customer of 16 years, who lives minutes away, my experience with Hall was a complete disappointment. They are currently sitting on a backlog of 2025 inventory, some with hundreds of miles that have sat for over half a year. Yet they continue to double down on the claim that they are 'losing money' while refusing to offer any actual dealer-side discount. They rely on the manufacturer’s rebates to hide their own lack of competitive pricing, essentially preying on under-informed or desperate buyers. Most absurdly, they contacted me weeks after I walked away with an offer that was actually worse than the first. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and secured a brand-new, top-tier Summit Reserve with near zero miles, significantly less time on the lot for a much better relative value than Hall’s, and it was delivered to my home from out of state. If you value transparency and local loyalty, look elsewhere. Hall clearly operates on a greedy business model that will not come down off profit margins during the most competitive month for car buying of the year. I encourage you to do the math. Remember, they get the rebate money from the manufacturer, they do not pay MSRP for the vehicle, they get holdback money after the vehicle sells, "freight" is included in the MSRP as a destination fee, and the "processing fee" is almost all dealer profit. Hall is quite literally trying to make you pay MSRP (or more), take your savings on rebates, get the holdback, and then still claim they are losing money on previous year inventory. Edit: To add context. I was looking at 1 of 2, 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overlands (invoice $61,443), that they had on the lot. The vehicle had 322 miles, over 200 days on the lot, and $5,000 in manufacturer rebates (that I qualified for), and a $250 Mopar Gift Card that I was allowed to apply to the vehicle. My OTD price was $56,384.28 before TTP. If you account for the $5,000 rebate and $250 gift card I had to give up, I was paying over invoice. Which is crazy considering this deal was being made in the last 2 weeks of December, this was an aged unit, and their advertised price online was $54,000. I was told they were losing money on the deal repeatedly even though I showed them the math. I looked at several other 2025 JGCs on their site and they are priced horribly in comparison to competitors. Don't fall for their deceptive Internet pricing and don't discuss payments until you settle on an OTD price. They won't get anywhere near that advertised price. Oh, I was also a cash buyer. Probably the easiest deal they could have made if their prices were competitive. Sorry for the long post but I felt obligated to educate potential customers that are looking for vehicles at this establishment.

I used to be a loyal customer of Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Virginia Beach Blvd, but my last three visits have progressively gotten worse. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. I scheduled an appointment to repair my inoperable windshield wipers and, since my inspection was due, I also requested a state inspection. After dropping my vehicle off, I received a text stating they had diagnosed the wiper issue and were recommending additional items. In that same message, I was told I had two broken bolts on the exhaust manifold (one on each side) that would cause my vehicle to fail inspection. This was news to me, so I immediately told the service agent to proceed with repairing the windshield wipers but not to perform the inspection. I was then informed that the inspection sticker had already been removed and that I would be issued a rejection sticker. I was both upset and confused. I dropped my vehicle off knowing it would not pass inspection with inoperable windshield wipers, so how was an inspection performed before the wipers were repaired? When I asked, I was told that when my vehicle was pulled in, the inspection sticker was removed immediately during the diagnostic process. My issue is the order of operations. If I brought my vehicle in primarily for a repair--and only requested an inspection as well--the repair issue should have been diagnosed and communicated to me before performing the inspection. Instead, my inspection sticker was removed before I was advised of the problem or the cost. Once that sticker was gone, I felt forced into a situation where my only options were to pay for repairs or leave with a rejection sticker. That does not sit right with me. I believe a business should operate honestly and not take advantage of customers through procedural pressure. The way this was handled made me feel boxed in rather than informed. What made the situation even worse is that I've only taken my vehicle to Hall, and they recently replaced both left and right catalytic converters. It's ironic that I'm now being told bolts on the exhaust manifold are broken. I am a card-carrying journeyman inside machinist working in ship repair. I understand that bolts don't typically "just break off." While I can't prove when or how it happened, it certainly raises questions. After reflecting on this experience, I truly feel dissatisfied and taken advantage of. I did respond to an email from the service manager asking if I was satisfied. After expressing my concerns, I received a text saying they would see what they could do about the broken bolt--but that was the last communication I received. Very disappointing experience from a dealership, I once trusted.

**★★★★★ A Truly Phenomenal Car-Buying Experience!** I recently had the pleasure of working with Izzy Martinez at Hall Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Izzy Martinez was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. What truly set Izzy Martinez apart was the complete lack of high-pressure tactics. He patiently answered every single one of my questions, provided detailed information on the features of several models, and never once made me feel rushed. His expertise on the Jeep and Chrysler lineups was impressive, and his honest, transparent approach made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. The negotiation was straightforward and fair, and Izzy Martinez went above and beyond to ensure I got a deal I was thrilled with. He handled all the paperwork with efficiency and clarity, making what is often the most stressful part of buying a car feel completely seamless. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend Izzy Martinez at Hall Chrysler Jeep Dodge highly enough. He is a true professional who embodies what a car sales experience should be: honest, respectful, and customer-focused. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Ask for Izzy Martinez – you won't be disappointed

Very displeased with our service here! They had my jeep in the service department for 9 days and weren't able to diagnose a very simple, common issue with my make and model. They stated that they were unable to replicate the issue, which was my vehicle stalling out while driving. My jeep died trying to leave their parking lot. While my vehicle was in their care, they spammed my phone with more than 10 calls, creatively calling from multiple numbers. None of these calls were service-related. My specific vehicle is worth $19,500 and they had the nerve to call from the sales department and offer me a trade-in value of $7,500. When I asked why it was so low, they stated that it was because of the repairs that needed to be made. I asked them, "what repairs?" because they had already told me they didn't know what was wrong with my jeep. They fumbled through some "oh's" and "uh's" and wished me a nice day. I then received a text from the service department saying they needed an ADDITIONAL $621 to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle on top of the $195 diagnostic charge. It gets worse. The service department said they gave my keys to the sales floor to pick up over the weekend once I paid my invoice online. I show up on time on the day agreed upon to pick up my vehicle and THEY LOST MY KEYS. They told me to come back another time because the manager "didn't have access to the service building." I had already driven 45 minutes one way to get there. I stood my ground and told them to figure it out after they fumbled through some drawers and told me they couldn't help me three times. My husband spoke to one of the sales reps and magically my keys appeared. Since leaving less than 24 hours ago I have already been spammed with more calls and texts asking if they can re-appraise my vehicle and if I'd like to come see some newer model vehicles on the sales floor. Absolutely not. Do what you want with your vehicle, time, and money, but be aware that they are major scam artists, bad ones at that. Mid-Atlantic SUV has me fixed up and back on the road SAFELY, affordably, and quickly. I should have gone to them in the first place. Stupid of me to think a Jeep dealership knows jack about Jeeps. Highly recommend the other shop for knowledgeable vehicle care without the BS.

Hall Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep RAM on Virginia Beach Blvd had to be the most unprofessional place to go to get work done. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU TAKING YOUR CAR TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. On December 19 it was a Friday afternoon and my appointment was for 1:30pm afternoon. Shortly after getting there, I met a person name Sean Thomas he was the guy who would gather information and updates for me, but unfortunately he was slacking in these areas. Before dropping the car off I told him can he update me with any service that being done to my car he said absolutely. Later that day I went home and received a video of my car being “work on”, by a guy name Clinton Crick. Clinton is a Technician inside the dealership, he pretty much ONLY connected a device to my car to read off what was the problems the car was having. A proper diagnosis is when you actually locate the problem not only connecting a device to my car. So he never did a proper diagnosis on the car and my car literally sat from Friday - Monday. Sean Thomas made it seem like my car was being worked on this whole time, but haven’t been touched since I dropped it off. I also had to come up there physically because he didn’t answer the phone just very unprofessional. I’m a person that likes honesty and Sean Thomas and Clinton are pretty big liars. Because of the type of car I have they was trying to run ridiculous fees upon me. I’m getting fees for service that’s NOT actually being worked on. I understand you guy's want to make a killing on profits in any way type of way, but lying to consumers will not get you there. Remember people these guys are trying to take your money, go somewhere else. If not you will regret your decision. This dealership is extremely corrupt and the workers that there to assist you!!!!!
