  I went in for an oil change today. No appointment and no wait. Pete was my technician. He immediately began an inspection, including the cabin air filter, I didn't even know that I had one. You have to take the glove box out to find it. It has never been changed and my car has 92000 miles on it. He suggested both the air filter and cabin filter replacements which I agreed to after he quoted me the exact price. He also did a wiper blade exchange, butagain, there was no pressure. Just showing me the difference between the old blades and the new blades He gave me the twenty dollar discount, which I found online.And although I spent a bit more than I intended to today, I think it was well worth it.I will be back.

  This place is awesome! Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Mat is my go to guy! Have a full skid plate under my 4Runner and needed an oil change. Really took care of me and was really flexible to make it happen and keep it clean. I live in Maryland (visit my mother in Va) and always wait to get my oil changed until I come down, just to go to this spot!

  Had the tire pressure checked due to tire light coming on. Sam, the technician immediately checked all tires, put air in each tire & determined one was very low. Filled tires with air & offered the credit card application to purchase new tires. He was very professional & informative on options to consider if I wanted buy new tire (s).

  1 star is enough. Brought my car in, and one of the technicians had an issue opening my hood for an oil change. I told him how to do it and then he ended up snapping the hood release off of the rod. Mistakes happen and the technician was nice enough to own up to it. I asked for a refund to cover the cost of the part ($35) and was told I needed to speak with the manager. Marcus then came out to tell me the hood release was fine and that I was good to go. We went back and forth as his mind struggled to comprehend that the release is not in fact the same as it was before I came. He argued that their glue and putting it back in place made it fine. When I realized I was speaking to someone who probably struggles with common sense and grasping the English language, let alone his inability to take responsibility for anything, I left. In the parking lot next to theirs I tested the hood release and it split apart again first try. Also because of them fidgeting with the rod that connects to the latch, my hood now requires some force to close. Normally, it doesn't require anything more than gravity. I'm sure that is a concept though that Marcus wouldn't be able to handle.
