I’ve been renting with this company for 16 years NEVER have I ever experienced such poor quality of service. I highly do not recommend renting from this location as they do not live up to the enterprise standard, expectations and experience. They make up their own “policies” on the spot to try and justify their racial profiling. They will also mess up your reservation and not try to fix it. At least that’s what Ashley did…… RENT ELSEWHERE this location does represent the brand standards

So they just charged me one amount for the insurance, and charged me again. They didn't get clear information to charge me the correct amount all at once. Very poorly done on there part.
