  Enterprise is a supremely aweful company. You have problems on the road and want your car swapped out? Good luck getting anyone on the phone who will care or doing anything for you. They pass you on to the nest guy. They high no live inventories at the customer support center for handling this. All pther locations we called anywhere near us said they have nothing for us. Utterly insane how they left us high and dry with a faulty vehicle. Horrible company!!!

  Awful experience. Took over an hour to get a car with 5 employees sitting around. Asked the front desk if they could hurry up and she threatened to cancel my reservation. Not being impatient but there is seriously a room full of waiting people, full lot of cars and nobody doing anything to move you around. Avoid this spot at all costs.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise location. I specifically called ahead before coming in to confirm that a vehicle was available. I explained that I would be there within 20 minutes and asked clearly if I would be able to pick up the car when I arrived. I was told yes, they took all of my information, and we even went over the price. After paying for an Uber and arriving at the location, I received a call saying they actually did not have any cars available and were waiting for vehicles to be delivered around 4:30. I arrived at 3:00. I told them I didn’t mind waiting, but then I was told I would have to go to Little Creek to pick up a minivan — which is not what I reserved. At that point, I canceled my reservation. I had no sleep and made the effort to call ahead specifically to avoid wasting my time. Instead of receiving an apology, I was told, “Well, you made the reservation last minute.” If you don’t have vehicles available, don’t confirm reservations. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

  My husband was renting a car from here for about 2 months. He was late on the payment and he went to the office to pay and renew the contract. The front desk woman told him that he didn’t have to pay anything because the $300 deposit covered it and that he was getting a refund for the remainder. She then proceeded to tell him that he could no longer rent a carel from that establishment. My husband then asked her if she could rent from another location and she said yes. He made the reservation and the worker at the other location told him he couldn’t rent. I called the 1800 number and asked them was there a problem on his account and the person on the line said nothing was wrong with his account and that he should be able to rent from any location. This is DISCRIMINATION at its finest. The deposit is supposed to be for late fees and damages and instead the worker chose to discriminate against my husband.
