  This is the only enterprise that I rent from.. Jamie by far is one of the BEST employees!!! she really puts your care and concerns FIRST and does everything that she can to assist with any problems before during and after your rental is complete. I’ve literally watched her handle a line of customers basically ALONE and she handled it with such grace and professionalism.. I would always recommend her .. And SAM he’s the most nicest person in the world … he always greets with a smile and makes you feel like you’ve got the Best car on the lot … Thanks guys for the great work … Enterprise give them some raises …(They deserve it !!!!!!)

  Amazing experience and awesome customer service. The staff is very understanding of your requirements. They helped me modify my reservation at the last minute and are very kind and polite. This was my second time renting at this location and both of the times I had a great experience. Definitely recommend this place. Also, big thanks to Sam. Would definitely rent from here again on my next visit to the city.

  Very nice place to rent a car for what ever reason I've rented from the one in VA bch/ off whichduck rd several times..And the whole staff has been very fast and friendly I would not only continue to rent from here in the future but would highly recommend for others

  Oh, Well! How should I start this Review. I had a beautiful day until I came to Enterprise to pick up my car. Then, I had a - "Tissy Fit!" You know what I mean, - "Don't you?" Okay, so this is what happened. Two days ago, I went to the bank to get a new Debit Card but the rep was new, he closed out the old card and gave me a new card under the closed account. I had no idea what had happened, until I went to pick up my rental car and my card was declined! I started screaming and pulling clumps of my hair out and throwing it on the floor, I was kicking and scratching like a 2yr. old kid throwing a tantrum. The rep named - "Feild," came up and said: "Ms. Tucker, we are going to help you, - so pick up your hair and calm down please!" They took me to the Bank and waited while I tried to resolve the issue but it couldn't be resolved in one easy fix. So, it was as if a little birdie said, "Ms. Tucker, if you have a Chime Card we can get you going." I change from a Tiger to a tamed little Cat and went home searched through my many cards and - "Bing," there was a Chime Card like an Angel with wings waiting to rescue me... I called Enterprise and said: "I do have a Chime Card and Feild said, "Come on back Ms. Tucker we will get you in a rental." Now, this was a true story except for the tantrum. - "You didn't think I really did that, - "Did you?" Lol! Just added a little humor to a day that Enterprise Rent- A - Car, made what could have been a disaster, - a simply beautiful day. I went to New York and took care of my business on time thanks to the agents at this location who all pulled together and showed Concern and, Compassion for my situation. They all had Top Knotch Customer Service, but most importantly Feild, stepped up to the plate and put the smile back on my face I came in with. So, when you stop at this location to go on a trip for whatever reason you may need a car, this location has the best variety you can find. Please, tell them Ms. Tucker said, "Hello and keep up the good work!" Remember: "No kicking, scratching or pulling your hair out girls and guys .... Lol! I give this location a "10," - "A High Five," and my favorite "Big-Ups to all the reps who team up to keep their Customers happy and served well!" Ms. Tucker Turtles!
