Take your business somewhere else had to call another branch in another state to take care of what they should have taken care of! Will never use this store again very unprofessional

(GenX_Rider)Oct 31, 20251.0If you are going to rent from this shady company, make sure that you inspect the car you are given thoroughly, because if they find any damage that you didn't see or mention after the fact because they rushed, they will charge you for it. Even if they are hours late delivering your vehicle, that's not their problem. Take pictures of every angle possible. Don't let them give you a car until you are sure that every single dent, scratch, and issue is documented and they show you that they didn't just gloss over your inspection. After renting from Enterprise numerous times, and bringing the car back better than I picked it up, I will never rent from this company again, and I suggest you find somewhere better.

Office doesn't open until noon which is when my reservation pick up time was. Got to the office to be told they "had no inventory" but can accommodate me the next day. "Sorry" doesn't cut it here when a reservation was made 4-5 days prior. Had to scramble to get a vehicle as I had to make a drive that specific day. Very disappointed in Enterprise. They were always my go to until now.
- NRNoor RazzaqOct 16, 20251.0HIGHLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ASST MANAGER. Location mistakenly overcharged me for a day. Then refunded the wrong amount stating the gas wasn't filled when it was. Even after that part was resolved, Assistant Manager named "Abbey" was still shorting on the return amount, talking over and interrupting the ENTIRE call in a condescending manner and when I asked to speak with a manger, literally laughed "have a nice day" while hanging the phone up on me and I don't even know if I got my refund. Not normally the treatment I get here from anyone. Everyone else has been highly professional, but this goofball was ridiculous.
