I was in a stressful situation renting a car ( nothing to do with Enterprise) and for whatever reason.. she knew and took care of me with out haste! It had been a long day and I just wanted to go home! She was literally my angel! I thanked her there but I hope someone else see how grateful I was to her and her assistance!

When they picked me up from RK chevrolet they put me in a audi but I have a tahoe & after the accident, I had really bad anxiety about driving and being in a smaller vehicle made it worse. I called as soon as I got home & I went in the next day and Antonio made sure I was put in a vehicle that was much larger & safe. Antonio helped me through the whole process, to figuring out all the newer gadgets & making sure i was comfortable. Antonio should get a raise!!! This enterprise location was Very easy & comfortable to work with. Thanks Antonio!!!
