- STShenandoah Taylor6 days ago1.0When i initially went to pick up my rental the person that was helping told me my insurance wouldn't be enough and I'll need their insurance so i went with that. Later I ended up calling my insurance company to ask and confirm and realized i been lied to in order to purchase enterprise protection plan. Ain't no way i would have spent all this money if i knew that the vehicle would be covered properly with just my insurance. Then they don't even offer no kind of refund and i been covered by my insurance since i got this rental. 😩

The phone has been ringing since i stepped in the door, 20 mins ago, and it looks like I will be here for a long Time. I had to drop my car off at a body shop, to get repairs, and I tried calling to see if anyone can pick me up, and I got no answer(now I see why.) stay away from this location, ANY other location in Virginia Beach will be better than this one!

I had to get a vehicle because my car was at RK Chevy buy this staff here took car of me, we're honest about their procedures and provided excellent shuttle services!! I actually loved the car i rented. They care about excellence here. Appreciate you guys!!!
