- OSOlivia SetliffFeb 19, 20265.0Great customer service! First, I was transported to the Enterprise after dropping my car off. Once to Enterprise, the process was quick and smooth. All staff members I spoke with were kind, attentive and thorough. I called a couple times during my rental, and each time was met with the same great customer service as in person. Vehicle was great as well, only complaint is someone who used it before smoked inside — had a noticeable stench.

When there was an issue with the pricing I was quoted vs the price time of they addressed it quickly and got it all settled. I will always use this branch it is my go to!!
